To clarify. The rule of 'First Come, First Served' only applies to combat or dice roll related situations.
I.E. - Should two players want credit for say, jumping across a chasm or stealing a gem. The player that posted first will have rights to that. Unless the first player should see a second player that posted after and want to forfeit his right.
In non-combat or skill-related situations, majority will rule. The same rule of not bogging down posts with back and forth debates applies, if you feel that an arguement is building...please take it to PM.
Thoughts? More clarifications?

You might want to clarify on over what FCFS has jurisdiction and over what initiative has jurisdiction---it's a bit unclear as it is.

First Come, First Served would only apply in a situation where initiative has been rolled.
Such situations would include, but are not limited to, combat, opposed actions (Trying to get through a door before someone else does etc.) opposed skills/checks etc.
I.E. - First Come, First Served would apply only AFTER initiative has been rolled. Otherwise majority rules and debate is allowed.
