I figured I'd start a thread that we can use it whenever we are going to be away from the boards for a bit. I was thinking we could say how long we'll be away, and what actions our characters would take in our absence. It would also be a good place for the DM to notify us if the game is postponed for any reason.
I will be away for the weekend, with no access to the net till Monday morning. Here is how my characters will proceed until I return:
DnD: -Follow the party wherever you decide to go. -Enter combat with my crossbow, fire the first bolt, then switch to my rapier and continue hacing at the enemy. -If we get into a boss fight, I will sing (Inspire Courage +1) to my allies.
CoC: -Follow where the group decides. -Fast talk my way out of any situation we may find ourselves into, and if talking is not an option, shoot my way out. -In the event of a firefight, try to leave one alive for questioning. -Question any possible suspects, or anyone who may have valuable information. **-If anything horrible to my sanity comes tromping through the room: I would probably lose my mind, wet myself, and promptly shoot the living hell out of it.**
That will be all for now... See you all on Monday.

You didn't put anything about the possibility of how your characters being eaten by some horrific squamos cosmic entity would react. ;D
Anyway, I also wanted to make note that you can PM me with your instructions and length of time gone and I can put it on the calendar section of the boards...that way I can reference it there rather than trying to navigate one or several long posts.

That I can PM you, or that I should PM you? If you'd prefer that we not put this information here, then I will certainly cease and desist.
