Natural Sprinter, Having lived on the road all his life, traveling from place to place, and stealing from whomever for whatever he wanted he had to learn to get away. Leo’s strong legs and quick reflexives have come in handy more than once, especially when trying to escape from the law. (As Boots of Desperation from MIC)
Soft Feet, So used to running along roof tops and needing to get down quick, Leo has become used to dropping down from heights that would kill normal people. His knowledge and skill at rolling with the fall has helped him drastically in learning how to not break his legs. (As Boots of Landing from MIC)
A Model of Perfect Health, His uncle Russ always stressed physical prowess and ever since he was a small child he has put himself through rigorous training. This training has molded his body into a specimen of mobility and strength that allows him to easily perform physical tasks that make others strain in effort. (As Belt of Ultimate Athleticism from MIC)
Completely Human?, Leo’s father has never told him who his mother is. The only information he’s ever told him was that she died giving birth to him. Where the power to teleport came from he isn’t sure, but he swears it comes from his mother’s blood, whether that is true, only his dead father knows. This power has proven handy as it has allowed him to enter areas not accessible by normal means, and then leave too, which is something a thief needs. (As Anklet of Translocation)

Background
Born in a den of thieves Leo was destined to rot at the core. Not truly wanting to raise a child, his father pawned him off to his Uncle Russ at an early age. His uncle, one of the top thieves in the guild, raised him accordingly, passing down years of knowledge into the youngster, not to mention years of rigorous training. His uncle always had an image of what the perfect thief should be, a combination of muscle and agility, making sure to be strong enough to defend oneself, but flexible and fast enough to get out of harms way. His experiment was his nephew. Though the training was hard, and Leo did get close to death on a few occasions, he survived and came out the better for it. His body had become what his uncle had always wanted for himself, perfectly tone with barely an ounce of fat, and one of unbelievable flexibility.
Though his uncle and father both died long ago for crimes against the state, Leo’s training had allowed him to escape and survive on his own for many years. Traveling from place to place, developing new skills, and learning new tricks, Leo lived life on the road. Not having any real skills he stole what he wanted, and lived true to his Uncle’s vision, live for oneself and not for others. He had always been taught the world was harsh and you must do whatever you can to survive. Leo had never told his Uncle this, but not only did he live by that code, but he loved what he did. The absolute thrill of stealing and running from the local guards sent chills down his spine. The feeling of ones blood pumping through their veins with their life on the line was a precious treasure, almost as good as one thing, the accumulation of wealth.
Never having much in his life Leo has come to covet almost everything. His deep greed for material objects sets him apart from the standard thief. Even if he had no use for it, he’d simple steal it just to have it. Though, often as not, he throws the item out not having a true need for it, simply wanting it for the time being. Plus, the life of a wanderer can’t be hindered by the too much weight, especially not considering his flashy high style acrobatics.
In the city of Liore, Leo found that his nature was darkening everyday. Standing on a rooftop and staring down at the street, he smiled at the chaos below. A building he had just robbed had accidentally caught on fire when he knocked over a lit lamp. Seeing the citizens below in a panic to put out the blaze and the looks of sadness and horror on their faces brought him joy. He had never known that such chaos could be enjoyable, and that the true suffering of others could make him smile. He knew that he couldn’t cause anarchy, as he understood the value of a civilized and organized government, but he couldn’t help but relish the feeling upon that rooftop.
Making his way to a new city, Leo decided to try something different this time. Feeling a little sick of leaving all his belongings behind when he moved once more, he decided that he would try and stay at this city for a while. To make a name for himself, or to make a name for someone else and ride their coattails, was his new goal. In any case, he planned to get rich here, to make money and to have all the things in life his uncle never did.

Daredevil Athlete
Three times per day, you can use an immediate action to gain a +5 competence bonus on a single Balance, Climb, Escape Artist, Jump, Ride, Swim, or Tumble check.
Roofwalker
The roofwalker feat enables the use of three tactical maneuvers.
Fleet of Foot: You can walk across a precarious surface more quickly than normal. You can move at full speed without taking a -5 penalty on your balance check.
Graceful Drop: If you intentionally jump from a height, you take less damage than you would if you fell. If you succeed on a jump check when jumping down (PH 77) you take falling damage as if you had dropped 20 fewer feet then you actually did (instead of the normal 10).
Master of the Roof: You know how to use the slopes to your advantage. You gain a +1 dodge bonus to AC against any opponent who is different elevation from you.)
