So, as some of you have no doubt noticed, the old Right and Left pockets have broken free of their restraints and have been made into full boards of their own. This seemed like the only logical solution to the common problem of updates in a sub-board (or main board) being unseen if the updates were too close together.
This does kind of shatter the old "DM's Short" right leg, left leg, right pocket, left pocket gig. And that's a bit of a shame. Especially as I'm not creative enough to conjure up a suitably replacement for differentiating the threads.
To that end, I am here asking all members to suggest their own titles/categories to give to the beloved Shorts. How should we name them? Leave them in the stoic and dry alpha-beta system as they are, or something more flavorful? Less flavorful? Give me ideas, people.

Greek scares me. . . numbers would be fine until something clever comes along, besides, I think they're out of order, but I'm no expert.

It seems like with 4 short sections, we'll not quickly have more than 1 game running at the same period of time in 1 section again, and of course that was the point of changing it. So why not be a bit flexible to the actual shorts being run, and name each section after the game that's currently being run in it. It gives publicity, is clear, and makes sense, to me. Though of course, that would mean that, once every 4 months or so, when a new short is started, you'll have to change the names.
And when a section has no current game being run in it, let its name simply be: empty pocket. Or something.

I like your notion, Vemu. Requires a tiny bit more effort, but I think that's okay. For the record, Shakes, they are roughly in order of creation: Right leg, Left Leg, Right Pocket, Left Pocket. The pockets were typically non-D&D/Academy stuff, so I kept them towards the bottom. Just 'cause. But they could be rearranged if desired. EDIT: There, it looks all kinds of spiffy now, eh?

It does look much nicer, Udjat. Very inviting.

More changes: Since the individual Shorts boards are now named for their particular short, I turned the Vacant Lot into an archiving section for old games. Now each Short has their board all to themselves.
Old Shorts should be a little easier to hunt down, too, if (for instance) you have a mind to look at the old adventures your Academy character has had, or want to see how other people have run Shorts, or whatever.

You're working overtime on this one.
I know that after a while those drop down menus with all of the board names start to make me nauseous
Good work.
