Yet if doing the action was done by way of the majority decision that said action would no longer be done in chaos, but by lawful group decision making which is what all laws are. So even if within the realm of the game action it may seem chaotic the mechanic would have followed set rules and their for predictable and set in law. Now had the decision making been left to an individual who has whims and desires, than the action could be chaotic and warrant the repercussions their in. ;D

Well...what if if less than half the group "rebelled" and put Londo in charge? That wouldn't be lawful...probably.
