Hey, all. It's been a loooong while since I've shown my face around here. I see things have slowed down... considerably. Kudos to you 4e gamers for your consistency and to those others still bravely plodding along...
Anyhoo, In my absence, I found the one aspect of Kman's (PbP games, specifically) that I couldn't wrap my head around (besides the awesome games and community) was the continued (and sometimes prolific) closing of game threads and the difficulty of maintaining a PbP camppaign. It seems an epic, unending struggle to translate tabletop rules into effective PbP games.
Has anyone played (or is anyone familiar with) the Mouse Guard RPG (based on Burning Wheel- which I hadn't heard of until researching the MG RPG)? It seems like the MG system (with its hefty focus on storytelling and role-playing) might make things more managable in a PbP format (particularly for a GM). Any thoughts/experience?
