Description:
Horus, or Coppertop is known for his long locks of flowing copper colored hair, always secured back with a simple leather thong. His features are fine, nearly elf like, betraying no hint of the struggles which brought him where he is today. Foes who stand against him recall his piercing golden eyes, which seem to shine from within. Also his scathing tongue, which speaks often and loudly of tyranny and the lengths he will go to, in order to destroy such evil.
Background:
Born to a noble family Horus Lightbringer was known to be special on the day of his birth. The family line had been mixed with those of the Archons generations past and he bore the signs of the mixed heritage right away.
He began his tutelage in the divine arts at the age of five, and was given over to the care of a mysterious order rumored by some not to exist. For generations however, his family had devoted their special children to the cause of this order, knowing that their bloodline gave them advantages over the forces that would harm the world.
Through the years his tutors helped him to develop his talents for healing and stoked the fires of divine justice which lived within his soul. They taught him the value of life, and its virtue; all while condemning the world's injustices.
For Horus, his first mission on behalf of the Order pit him against a corrupt bureaucrat; one that for the good of the land had to be removed from power. His moral compass was firmly rooted to the belief that justice would come at any cost, and there were no rules about how to bring the evil low.
In time he learned of divine fire and wrath, which he turned against his enemies; for this too was the way of the Order. However there came a time when the Order could no longer prepare the holy warrior and let him loose into the world. All foes he laid waste to, while trying to correct the paths of the misguided, before they earned his attention.
When questioned on his god, Horus will staunchly advise any listening that the name of the god is unimportant, so long as his message is heard loud and clear. Wrath on the wicked; life for the virtuous.
