Warden of the Silver Flame, a monastic warrior brotherhood in the service of the god ??(TBD)??, dedicated to protecting a mystical flame against the prophesised return of the demon Ansitif.
The time of the prophesy passed without event, and whispered surfaced that Ansitif had died many centuries past. Many warriors wandered away from the temple, seeking purpose and justification for the only life they had known.
Grale was one such knight, wandering for many years before finding some measure of peace as a blacksmith in Clearwater, choosing to set aside his past and start over. But his past still calls to him, and each day the peace he hoped this town would bring slips further from his grasp.
