As the title implicates, I am looking to see if anyone would be interested in getting a new game going here. I will be reviving a few adventures I hosted here years ago, possibly using the Stonefist Academy background of the homebrew campaign.
If there is enough interest, I would look to run a 3.5 game, starting level 2, no psionics for the main info.
Any takers? Looking for 5 players.

Hmmm, only two so far. Will see if any more people care to take a stab at this. For those interested, here is some basic character creation guidelines. 3.5 rules.
Character Stats: Choose one option for your individual character. option 1 - 32 point buy option 2 - roll 2d6+6 six times. Then assign to whichever stat in any order.
Races = Core Only Wealth = 900gp to use Books Allowed = Core, PHBII, Completed Series (Adventurer, Warrior, Divine, Arcane, etc), MIC NO PSIONICS
Those that complete a character background of at least two quality paragraphs gain a special prize, given by me at start of the game.
Any questions, just ask. Concepts will be done here, until I get rights on the forums again.

Initial thought is a cleric with a glaive/naginata (or similar), an inquisitor - specifics dependent on game world. A hunter in search of the far realms taint perhaps, or those who dabble with vestiges. Probably War and Dream domains, taking the Knowledge Devotion feat at 3rd, shield specialisation(buckler) and shield ward. Pity tome of magic isn't in, a priest in direct conflict with the seropaenes would be an interesting one, a priest of Heironeous weilding Savnoks armour - the vetige a mistake of the gods past that the priesthood have hidden from the world. A warforged from MM3, an old temple guardian awoken after many years is another possibility - a cloistered cleric style character, a silent watcher/scribe believed to have been nothing more than a mindless servitor while in truth simply being content to work and listen. Finally a barbarian or templar warrior ... something big and brutish, but also agile and cunning...[rand=0259791337753685352282981596544527835633273114352435099668170806]

I'm thinking 15 Dex, 15 Con, 13 Str, 10 Wis, 11 Int, 12 Cha, and be a middle aged race with a Dex bonus. Wood Elf maybe. A middle aged wood elf would make those scores 16 Dex, 12 Con, 14 Str, 11 Wis, 10 Int, and 13 Cha. Not super but livable.[rand=45516821066848934130467932205647233737865500152111785804707556963]

Hmm, now we have three. If we can get one more, I am game to get this going. For clarification, these will be level 2 characters, young in age (no age modifiers), Eberron not allowed. Any questions, just ask. Now, let me track down TZS and get some rights back.

Just noticed this new thread (I don't scan the forums very often, count on bookmarks to let me know when something new is posted).

Having played Dark Souls a bit recently, a Barbarian(1)/Shapeshift Druid(1) takes my fancy - a big wolf with a sword between it's teeth

Hi guys, I'll join in too if you need number 5. No thoughts on a character really, but maybe a fighter/monk as I tend to go for ranger/druid/wizard a lot, and I could use a change of pace where I get to smash things. ;D Any details on the scenario setup/plot seeds/story background?

Looks like we will get some action here. Time to dust off the books, gear up the grinder and see who is left standing. Character generation will be done here for now, and all questions welcome. We will start with an individual adventure, and see where it goes from there.
The world will revolve around the same pantheon as standard D&D 3.5 World will be homebrew, grows as needed. For now, we will just start out and see how the group works.

As the cleric is now covered - Barbarian 1, Druid(shapechange)1 (continuing barbarian beyond this)
Human (unless neanderthal is an option) 'Witch Doctor' STR 17, DEX 15, CON 16 INT 14, WIS 11, CHA 9 Lots of trinkets and fetishes, etc (TBD)

Hmm, I think I need to change the cleric's feat. I don't think clerics automatically get proficiency with their god's favored weapon unless they take the war domain.
