You need to pick 2 languages, and I show you as having 330 GP. A reasonable amount of starting normal equipment is free for starting 4th level characters. I've entered your character into character build, but the export function seems to be broken  I need to export it to import it into iPlay 4e |

that would be elven and undercommon if possible. if not then dwarfen.

Drow in 4th Ed speak Elven. There is a Deep Speech spoken by other dwellers from below such as Duergar (evil deep dwarves) and those abberants that can speak. That seems to be the closest 4th Ed has to Undercommon. Or would you prefer Dwarven?
