Good question ill need to see how its worded cause it can be per hitdie 12d6 or per race dice so that is 2d6 for it is talking about the cr of 2 u have of half dragon. yet both seam off to me and idk that is.

In this case it would be 10d6, because she has 10 class dice or 0d6 cause she has no racial die.
Only half dragons that are also half monsters have racial HD.

Looking at the description of a pathfinder... I think we are just going to have to wing it with a lot of rules and play the characters as hybrids between the two systems.

Since I am new to this, and new to pathfinder, do you guys have a class/race suggestion that would be beneficial to the group? I was toying with a bard, but then realized with three people he probably wouldn't be a good selection. I am playing a ranger and a rogue in the other games.

I'll be playing a slice and dice flying desert ranger. I think we'll also have a couple young dragon NPC's in the group (we'll be guarding them). Looking at new character generation I found something called traits, which are tied to a characters background. It says the normal number is 2, but that you should ask your GM how many you should pick. So I'm asking

Ya 2 is fine, i would go with barbarian, paleden, fighter if u go fighter go with feat trees so ones that build off each other so that your very very good at only a few things. I think barrbarion would be a great class for you, but as always up 2 u.

Callo has taken two luck-based traits, goes well with her luck of heroes background. Better lucky than good

I think Nokomis (P) is done.
While looking over the spells, it looks like Nokomis doesn't need to wonder about her and her half brothers father any more. Pathfinder has a spell that can tell her the genealogy of a person back 10 generations! This spell could also be useful to confirm claims of being a descendant of royalty...
But since Analyze Ancestry is a 3rd party spell, the GM could simply say that spell isn't available if it's going to mess up his plans...

that spell and ill let it used, and yes it will tell you who your mom and dad and so on are. It does not mess with my plans for having a spell bring to life back-story makes my job easyer in fact. so ya have fun with it.

Well it does take 24 hours to cast, so unless it was cast before the story started, it may be a while before Nokomis has a day or two to spare.

I have rolled up a L12 Barbarian. I think I have the character fleshed out, but I need to know what to do equipment wise. What about magically enhanced equipment? I assume at L12 we would have come across some of that.
I would like my Barbarian to use a Falchion for the improved criticals/threat (along with improved crit feat). Not sure about missile weapons for him.
Take a look and let me know what you guys think.

We start with 108,000gp of equipment (from previous posting by GM). Nokomis has spent every last copper of her starting money and has quite a few magic items (magic armor, 2 magic weapons, and much misc magic). Similar to your character Nokomis is dual wielding Scimitars for the improved crit range and has the improved crit range feat. So we will both crit on rolls of 15 or higher

Yes if u spend the cost in gp u can buy magic items u can afford. I say spred out the money so great sword with enchantments on it ,an armor if nessesary but a light one for you do to your speed also with enchantments. Then see what you have left over, you have 108,000 to work with, spend wisly.

Where might I go to look at item costs? I don't have a handbook for pathfinder.
