OOC: So the plan is to wait for the Bears to leave or come back, and fight them outside of the cave? That may take a while, since it seems they leave the cave only once a day. On the other hand, from the description of the cave network and worked passages, this cave is probably far enough away from the Dragon's Lair that sounds of a fight would not carry.

No skills needed, just a marching order. I.E. who do you want in front if the bears attack the moment someone enters the cave?
