Beth charges up the stairs, knocks down the kobold, and then kneels on it to keep it from getting back up. The kobold is still struggling, but can't fight effectively while being pinned. This also gets the kobold out of sight of the rest of the group.
OOC: Kobold has disadvantage on it's attacks.
Tag all but Beth and Lincoln. Reminder: The large rock is still rolling.

With the last kobold well in hand Bishop returns to his fallen companion, lest any other creatures lurk in the shadows. Besides the elevated position would help to cast the light from his shield further out across the room.

Aegis, noticing that the rock was likely to continue rolling, went up the ladder that had been nearly knocked over, using the height to scan the surroundings.

kamon-do runs up the stairs and aims her x-bow at the kobold if it is still alive. should you need a translator sir i speak their tongue.

Bishop successfully climbs the wall again, while Aegis circles around to use one of the ladders inside, giving him a view of the pinned kobold. Kamon-DO rushes up the stairs so as to be able to cover the kobold as well.
OOC: Each of these requires a Dash action (double move). The ladders are inside the small roofless room, the bottom of the staircase is to the left side of map.

Seeing the path the bolder was taking Elir saw dashing to past
the dead lizard was a good idea for now.

The giant boulder continues to rumble around its path. The last kobold catches Elir's movement and cries out "No!". The kobold struggles frantically to get free, pulling out its dagger and attempting to slice at Beth. But the cobalt is unable to reach any vulnerable chinks in Beth's armor.

kamon-do moves a bit closer with her x-bow pointed at him and speaks to him in draconic "tell my leader everything about this place before he has me shoot you in each ball!" intimidation check

The kobold seems to have no regard for it's own life. Looking at it it appears to be near death, yet it is still struggling franticly. It became much more frantic when Elir entered the dark tunnel.
Meanwhile Elir can use his dwarven dark vision to see this narrow tunnel appears to be a dead end. It doesn't continue past A1.

FWIW, Beth is striking to maim, not kill. (Although if it falls unconscious from nonlethal damage, no skin off Beth's back--it's clear it doesn't intend to cooperate, and torture is unlikely to result in reliable intelligence.)
Also, the kobold's not unarmed, it just pulled a shank just now! And it's been tossing sling pellets at us this whole time.

( A: did not see shank,
B: when it gave up and stopped attacking with sling/dropped it, that is when he became a non combatent in Eler's eyes.
Again he did not see kobolt trying to stab you. Otherwise he would be fine with what u did.
( also when u posted attack you did not say it was non lethal. If you post just damage most dms think your going for kill unless u say otherwise.)

Beth breaks the arm of the kobold, who passes out from the pain.
OOC: I was assuming a non-leathel attack was intended in these circumstances. But the kobold was on his last hit point, so any damage knocks him out.
The rolling boulder does gradually slow down, though it will take minutes before it stops completely (-10 feet movement per 5 rounds)
Combat time is over.
With a passive insight check, Bishop can tell that the kobold was most concerned with the passageway that the lizard came out of, the same passageway that Elir is in.

Bishop says with his fallen companion, doing what he can for his injuries, but calls out to the others to ware the passage - there might be more of the creatures beyond... or perhaps something the kobolds don't want disturbed.

Currently the end of the corridor (including Elir) is in complete darkness, too far from the light that Bishop has created.
