Aegis, for his part, immediately went back to the inn and decided to just rest up after the expedition. Having nearly died a few times, he was going to have to figure out what to do to prevent that next time. As of present, however, he was still not proficient in any armors, so he decided to continue saving up until he could learn how to wear at least light armor. Until then, he would continue to study his spellbook and learn how to more accurately use his spells.

nNN52ZIVp_1-20-1=3 Thrack starts to play. The sound is quite bad. Other customers start to leave. The Bartender considers asking Thrack to stop playing, but looking at the dangerous looking Barbarian, he decides he's not being paid enough for that. After a couple of minutes more people arrive, drawn by curiosity to see what that horrid noise was. They buy a drink as long as they're there. Still the Bartender hopes this isn't going to be a regular occurrence.

Bishop returns to his lodgings at the church of his god, donating a customary tithe and setting about repairs to his equipment wishing to be quickly ready to set out once more, if only to watch the roads and nearby homesteads as he felt was his duty. Counting his coin he wondered if it might be sufficient to purchase sturdier armour, his lifestyle calling for little else. (what is the resale of used equipment here?) Armor and weapons in good shape can be sold for 50% of new price. Equipment taken off of monsters usually isn't in good enough shape for resale. In the case of the Kobolds, their armor was worthless, but their daggers were good enough to use (and sell if desired).Fallcrest has 3 temples: Temple of Erathis [LN goddess of civilization, creation, and justice) ; Moonsong Temple (Sehanine) [CG goddess of moon, autumn, love, and trickery]; House of the Sun (Pelor) [NG god of summer, sun, hope, life, healing]. Nenitr Vale worships the Dawn War deities (Page 10 in the DMG). These are the 4th ed gods converted to 5th edition. Since Nentir Vale is a 4th Ed setting, that seems the appropriate Pantheon. Gods that have the Tempest domain are: Gruumish, god of destruction (CE) Kord, god of strength and storms (CN) Melora, goddess of strength and storms (CN) To better fit your character, I'll also allow the good gods of war, which adds: Bahamut, god of justice and nobility (LG) Moradin, god of creation (LG) None of these have a temple in Fallcrest, which may be Bishop's long term goal. Both the temples of Pelor and Erathis would accept clerics of either of those LG gods and allow use of their equipment and facilities (the gods have goals in common).

, Thrack has made no such promiss but if a adventure brings him away then bar tender won't have to worry. Thrack is more then happy playing, but wonders why no one is chearing for him. If the party does see him he is 6ft tall His hair is in a mow hawk. His flail and shild are placed on a chair right behind him, so near enough in case a fight brakes out. His day job is a bounty hunter but since thrack saw no bounty on the job boards He went back to playing agian.

There are two inns in town, the Nentir Inn and the Silver Unicorn. There are also 3 taverns, Blue Moon Alehouse; Lucky Gnome Taphouse; Nentir Inn taproom.
Since the Nentir inn is both an inn and a tavern, it's located on the outskirts of town and would be the first one encountered, and it's described as "sees a more interesting clientele", I'm going to say that Thrack is in the Nentir Inn's taproom.
A male half elf comes up to Thrack, watches him for a bit, then says, "That looks like thirsty work, let me offer you a drink."

The half-elf leads Thrack to the bar as he says, "My name is Erandil Zemoar." When he reacts the bar he sticks out his hand, and the bartender hands him a drink, which he hands to Thrack. "That's an unusual instrument, I don't think I've ever seen it's like. How did you come by such an unusual set of pipes?"

" I dont know why he so upset. He got out other sound thingy and left this one at big tree in forest.
I got to make sound, made me happy So I play to make others happy. It's favorite thingy Thrack has"
Looks at bar:
"why they not happy with Thracks sound?"

Exchanging his armour and onyx, and all but a few of the coins he carried, Bishop is able to barter for a studier if unremarkable suit of armour. It would likely take him several days to adjust the fittings to his liking but the temple of Erathis had permitted him a room during his stay here and only basic tools were required for the adjustments. Both the temples of Pelor and Erathis would accept clerics of either of those LG gods and allow use of their equipment and facilities (the gods have goals in common). (Going with Priest of Bahamut)

Excerpt from the diary of Elizabeth Stockmer:
Dear diary, I finally got the kobold blood off of my shield! It took way too much scrubbing. If it didn't have my family crest on it, I swear I would have just bought a new one. See, this is exactly why I wanted to try fighting with a rapier. More precise, more elegant, less bloodstainy. I hope. Blood splatters are GROSS and I don't care if people think I'm a prissy little lady for saying so.
Is it weird that I'm just casually talking about washing the blood of my enemies off of my stuff? I mean, kobolds are evil monsters and all, but they still screamed when they died, and that was kind of awful. I don't know. The thing is, when I was fighting down there, I wasn't thinking about how those creatures attacked innocent travelers and hurt people. I wasn't thinking at all, really, I just felt...invigorated. Like, I don't know, it was FUN. Well, whatever, it WAS fun, and they weren't really people, or else I totally would have knocked them unconscious instead, I promise.
ANYWAY, pretty soon I'm going to be starting what Hurick calls "detached duty" which basically means I can go on adventures instead of routine guard duty. So THAT'S exciting! Lincoln taught me a few thieves' tricks too, like how to pick locks and pick pockets and stuff. It's pretty neat! I bought my own set of thieves' tools at the market and I've been practicing. (The man selling them called it a "multitool" but obviously he can't just SAY it's for thieves, he'd get in trouble.) Boy, if my family knew what I've been up to, I bet they'd go nuts!
P.S. Shen is a jerk, I saw him kissing some elf girl in an alley while he was off-duty. I was going to make my move any day now, but whatever, I don't even care, he's a jerk anyway and he's not even a good fighter, so there.

I think the request is for a strength bow that requires a 14 STR to get +2 damage. Such things don't exist in 5th Edition. Instead Dex adds to both to hit and damage. So to do more damage with a bow, you need higher dex. STR doesn't help at all.

Common magic items can easily be found (such as a Potion of Healing) and cost from 50 to 100 GP. Uncommon magic items cost from 101 to 500 GP. Rare magic items cost from 501 GP to 5000 GP.
A Ring of Protection is rare, an Oathbow is very rare. Sorry, those items are going to be well out of your price range for a while.

There is a brake in the music for the one that had been playing is sitting at the bar now drinking talking about how he found the instrument with a half Elf.
On the playing chair is now a poorly made sign :
" Thrack on brake, No bother Thrack now. Thrack back when Thrack wants to play."

Beth's special status in the town guard crosses the desk of Lord Warden Faren Markelhay as a piece of routine paper work. But Faren notices this and issues a summons for Beth.
Beth of course answers the summons of her Lord Warden, though she is kept waiting the better part of an hour before she actually gets to see him.
OOC: I'm guessing she might be a bit nervous at this point, but that's up to you. After all, she's a noble too.
Faren speaks with no preamble, "Sorry for the wait, there are so many things that must be done. Which is why I've asked you here. I understand that you've been granted detached duty and will be working for others to make Fallcrest a safer place?"
When Beth agrees, Faren continues, "Good. And good job dealing with the Kobolds. I've heard that there's some trouble in the town of Winterhaven. You have my leave to go if you see fit to help the Lord Mayor of Winterhaven along with your allies. That will be all."
