Did you want to move to I10 or J10? Healing Thrack and attacking #4 is possible from either position Whichever is furthest forward without being flanked - though does Bishop also need to move down? (he is going for the wounded one - numbers on the map are doubled up)

(he is going for the wounded one - numbers on the map are doubled up) You are right, Bishop also needs to move down to reach #4. Fortunately he can heal Thrack in the middle of his move in 5e.
The numbers on the map are doubled up to show both where the bandits were hiding, and where they are now. I made their hiding places partially transparent to make them more distinguishable.

xhHdINeip_1-20+4 with flail. To one next to Thrack. p_1-8+2 damage on hit. Thrack dropped his bagpipes, drew his weapon, and struck the bandit in front of him. Unfortunately it was only a glancing blow that did little damage. The bandit says, "I am going to make you eat that infernal instrument of musical torture before I kill you."

Kamon-do finds a target and aims carefully (advantage or +2 bonus) There doesn't seem to be an "aim carefully" mechanic in 5e.

Beth had a readied action to make a sling attack, so she'll do that as her reaction before her turn.
Sling: Qg2c_5a|p_1-20+3 to hit for p_1-4+1 bludgeoning damage
She'll close to melee with #1, draw her sword, slam the bandit with her shield to knock him down, and then stab him. But, y'know...nonlethally.
Opposed Athletics to shove: p_1-20+7 Rapier: p_1-20p_1-20+5 to hit (advantage if shove is successful) for p_1-8+p_1-6+3 piercing damage1-201-41-201-201-201-81-6

The bandit comments with a lear, ' You'll be fun once I get that armor off of you."

"...These bandits must be stopped," Aegis said with a glare, standing and pointing his hands forward, three magical missiles slamming into the head of the first bandit in front of Bishop. If their position was overrun, there wasn't going to be any survivors to gather up, let alone the group surviving.
Three Magical Darts slams into the bandit at K12.

Aegis's attack fells the bandit in front of Mika. That is one less bandit to terrorize people.

( Witch number target is there leader? That's the one Thrack will attack first regardless if target unconscious or still up with hp.
If there still on the ground would that be advantage on melee attacks on them? Or would I need to do a Reckless attack?
Thracks goal is to off him as soon as possible.)
As they are fighting i know its bit long for 6 seconds so this might be streached out over our attack actions.
Basic meaning :
" Beth he is talking about a very bad evil subject that I honestly hope you know what it is.
I'm being nice in spearing you the details if you dont.
If you honestly dont know, ask K and Mika because im certain they know hence why she (k) is helping me off them. If after that u want to bring them in then u will just have to kill me.
"O that reminds me, Nice shooting K."

im not taking prisoners atm unless things change. they try to kill us we return in kind. Kamon-do shoots at the only close bandit that she has a clear shot on and hits with a grazing shot that slices through the armor on his left arm as well as a bit into his flesh. i've been reading up on how to describe damage, the first shots are more wearing down your opponent rather than seriously injuring him. Then once you've worn him out you could hit for the fatal blow.
And speaking of fatal blows, range attacks are always lethal. Only melee attacks have the option of leaving the opponent alive.

Thrack does indeed have an advantage on #1, who has unpleasant plans for Beth. And a minor correction, Mika is making nonlethal attacks, which didn't matter because she didn't do the final blow on #4. Those in the wagon don't have the option of making nonlethal attacks.[/font]

Power is back on, and I had missed that Thrack has already attacked. So it's the Bandits turn again...Confusing extra icons removed...#1 climbs back to his feet then says to #2, "Get over here." He waits for his companion to move between Thrack and Bishop, then attacks Thrack with advantage from Pack Tactics. As he does, he says "Maybe I'll feed you that infernal instrument from both ends." attack: d8e0GPaEp_1-20p_1-20+4 =18 (hit) damage: p_1-6+2 =8 The bandit slices into Thrack with his scimitar. #2 moves up to I10 and also attacks Thrack with advantage from Pack Tactics, though he doesn't offer any further torture descriptions. attack: p_1-20p_1-20+4 =18 (hit) damage: p_1-6+2 =7 The bandit hits the battered Thrack with the flat of his scimitar, knocking out the barbarian. Finally the bandit speaks, "We'll deal with him later. Now that your leader is down, are the rest of you ready to surrender?" #3 attacks Bishop with advantage from Pack Tactics. He comments, "Maybe I'll start with carving your holy symbol into your forehead." attack: p_1-20p_1-20+4 = 20 (hit) damage: p_1-6+2 = 3 - 3 = 0 The bandit manages to get a glancing below with his scimitar, but Bishop twists just so so that the blow it's a solid piece of his armor and does no damage. #4 just lays on the ground bleeding. #5 has a clear line over the trees at Beth, so she sends both arrows at the guards woman. attack 1: p_1-20+4 = 15 (miss) attack 2: p_1-20+4 = 24 (crit) damage 2: p_1-8p_1-8+2 =6 #6 goes for those in the cart. Kamon-do has cover from crouching down at the front of the cart, but Aegis was more exposed, since he needed his hands-free to make this spell gestures. So he gets both arrows. attack 1: p_1-20+4 = 16 (hit) attack 2: p_1-20+4 =22 (hit) damage 1: p_1-8+2 = 9 damage 2: p_1-8+2 =10 Both arrows slam into the tiefling wizard, knocking him out of the cart. He lands in the dirt, bleeding to death. Mika sees the arrows fly overhead and takes a quick glance back to see how those in the cart fared. When she doesn't see Aegis, she panics and dashes back towards the cart. This gives #3 a chance to attack her as she flees. Bandit attack: oiLitliTp_1-20+4 =19 (miss) But the parting below just glances harmlessly off of her armor.
Unfortunately she can't use her Lay On Hands ability this turn, so Aegis will have to make it death saving throw.1-20
