Including the Detect Magics I just used? Yes - if Brenner regains his spells at Dawn he will get all of his slots back.
(it is up to you to decide at which point during the day Brenners god expects him to pray - it doesn't have to be dawn)

How many prisoners did we rescue? Vadania is changing her low-level spells into creating water (to refill all the water skins we claimed off the dead Khan), enough Pass Without Trace so as to not leave tracks. leave the area, and the rest as endure elements for those most affected.

Okay, She'll need three Pass Without Trace spells to cover everyone. That leaves her two Endure Elements for the people most affected by the heat of the day. How many water were we able to recover from the Khan we killed? Vadania loaded up on create water spells (6), so we should have enough water if we have something to put it into.

Each of the Khan carried at least one water skin, though little actual water for most - Vadanias magic is more than enough to fill them many times over.

Spells are chosen, Increased the number of Pass Without Trace spells to have enough to cover everyone. Don't want the Khan to come back for revenge and easily track us.

With preparations made the group set out as the sun rises high, three days distant from their destination at a steady pace or two if they press on with haste.
Vadania recalls the strange tunnels they had encountered on their way out, though giving them a wide berth should not greatly hinder their pace.
The dragon for its part keeps a keen watch from atop its carpet. Whether due to weight or limitation of the magic it does not appear to be able to gain any great height above the ground but it keeps pace well enough with the rest and the dragon is quick to voice its displeasure with any who stray too close.
(Decisions to make - forced march or regular march, avoid the tunnels or not)

Since they have a lot of people to escort, Vadania is in line to skip the tunnels. As for the pace, that also is determined primarily by what the former prisoners feel up for. Vadania thinks they would not be up for a forced march, but they might surprise her.
Vadania will also start learning draconic during the journey.

The prisoners are eager to move as quickly as possible to avoid more of the Khan, though the heat and effort might prove too much. The partys magic ensures there is little risk when moving at the slower pace so it ultimately only saves a day - if Vadania and Brenner are in no hurry to return the slower option is best.

Vadania is no hurry. Nerra hopes that we encounter more Khan for her to kill, so she's fine with slow.

The following two days pass quietly, no more of the Khan trouble the party and their magic helps to make the journey comfortable even in the scorching desert heat. As the sun rises on the third day the city of Alamut comes into view in the distance as the group begin the ascent towards the platau on which it sits.
The magical ice that had fallen over the city is gone and Vadania is pleased to see that their return is not greeted with the flames and ruin that had befallen Clearwater, but as they draw closer it is clear that all has not been well. The vast merchant camp that sat outside the main gate seems mostly deserted and groups of guards can be seen on patrol both on foot and horseback.
The partys approach soon draws attention as one such group of mounted guard gallop towards them and though Vadania does not recognise their leader he seems to know her, "blessings be up you" he calls as he and his men come to a halt before the party, "the prince has given instruction that you be taken to him without delay, much has happened in your absence".

Vadania explains briefly, "These people we rescued from the Khan, who were going to sacrifice them to a Dragon. Please assign someone to take care of them. Brenner, Neera, and the Dragon on the flying carpet joined us on the trip, they should probably come with us as well. Oh, and don't touch anything on the carpet, the Dragon is rather possessive of its things."7
Vadania is then ready to follow to the Prince.
Sounds like we should have just teleport it back to the city and skip the side adventures... Oh well...
