I did some thinking trying to run two different maps based on what both parties would or would not know see, find at what time was way to much work. Last night i saw that i was over completing it a bit so i reverted back to just make it simple. So there is going to need to be a lets just go for story wise. again sorry for the delay.
Wind : Being in fount of the group you cling to the side of the cavern and are scuttling about very quietly. you spot and outcroppings 20ft away from you from your height up on the wall its 5 feet up ( 15 from ground lv) . There is a tail danging from it as well as others among other outcroppings. you see the cave makes forms a T intersection and that there were more of these down that way. He does know his parties stealth is fine for he is still within his spells range of his party. Then He sees a light source cumming form the side intersection its a lantern light.
Then he hears a mummer and a Lavender light shines in the area a lot with a lantern light .
I will need BOTH parties to roll Initiatives. I do know some you were staying back a bit but to fit game board map i had to do what i could to make it fit best i could. There is no surprise round given both parties know monsters are hiding there be that ( winds passive perception and said other spell cased by other party.
Other Party : With the help of the spell they gather their weapons ready for a fight.

Kizthe's Initiative: fwBHq8sop_1-20+7 = 16
1. Is the map on a 5' or 10' grid?
2. I realize Arianna is carrying a light, but if at any time Kizthe is in total darkness she will be invisible to any creature that relies on darkvision to see (Umbral Sight).
3. If an enemy moves to within 5' before her first turn, she will use her reaction (Skirmisher) to safely move 10' away from both the enemy and the light source if possible.
EDIT: Just realized you have the Bad Guys on 14, after me, so my notes #2 & #3 will only be relevant after my turn, my bad. Also, sorry for my late roll too, I'm not yet used to checking regularly for updates. I promise I'll get better.1-20

So for future note most my maps are 5feet per sq given thats what im use to on table top and it keeps it simple.
Sometimes i can't go by that so if a sq is ever more then that 5feet per distance i will always do my very best to post that info on what it is for that map.
That was a very key question to ask and thanks for doing so.
This leaves us with one last pc for turn order.

Wind, as a spider and still stealthed as far as he knows, crawls up to the ceiling and north as far as he can (climb speed 30).
I will ready a web action, the trigger being when a tailed enemy to the RIGHT of me reveals itself (I am worried about cover) and moves to attack.

On a hit target is restrained. DC 12 strength to escape.

Katril sees the monsters along the walls of the tunnel they are in, but she also sees one fifteen feet up on the wall on the far side of the cross tunnel. This would be a good shot with a bow, but her bow and arrows are still tucked inside her skirt and would take time to pull out. Besides, it's not as if she actually needed a bow to hit distant targets...
Katril ran down the tunnel, being careful to stay away from the monsters on the wall. Reaching the wall in front of her, she ran up the wall, thwacked the monster with each end of her quarterstaff, stomped the monster with both feet, flipping in the air than stabbing the ground with her quarterstaff and using it to right herself as she landed like a polevault in reverse. She then retreated back towards the others.

Varis slowly follows after the spider form of Wind, ever careful of his steps through the darkened dwarven tunnels. He could not begin to imagine the strangeness of crawling around as such a creature, yet to Wind it seemed second nature. As time passes, a light source can be seen from an approaching intersection. In the blink of an eye, the form of a woman rushed forward from that direction, running up the cavern wall and striking at some unseen creature that cries out in pain. From the light, Varis sees more creatures hidden in the outcroppings, their tails dangling out in the open. With no time to digest if this blur of a woman was one of the prisoners they were suppose to rescue, his lust for battle getting the better of him, Varis charges forward toward the nearest beast.
(Bonus action to go into a rage. 15 ft of movement to get to the nearest monster at the bottom left corner of the ring)

Kizthe looks around for a patch of shadow where even cave creatures can't see her, deciding at last to rush out of the current passage, her initial intent to round the corner if possible and attack from full darkness. She's heard some noise around that way, but reasons that if it's anyone from the Red Dragon Army she can try to use them and the beasts against each other...
...Imagine her surprise, then, to find a mixed bunch of explorers, definitely NOT dragonborn, in the tunnel to the south.
- Unless doing so will put her at risk of opportunity attack, she's going to try to reach full shadow with the rest of her movement as originally planned - her speed is 35 until the end of this turn - or, if an early attack clears the way for her to safely make this movement, she'll do so at that point.
- If she makes it to darkness, she's going to attack the beast closest to her own group that she can see from her new position.) - If she can't reach darkness, or if the creatures don't rely on darkvision to see, then obviously only the first roll of each attack counts; also she'll focus at least her initial attack on the one engaged with Varis to get that sweet, sweet sneak attack. - If she successfully gets either advantage or a shot at an engaged enemy then the first such attack to hit gets the benefit of SrJBVbmSp_1-6p_1-6 = 6 points of sneak attack damage. - Do I even need to specify that if any one goes down she'll switch to the next eligible target?

What/who does Kizthe see in this other tunnel? I gather from the Characters section that Varis looks barbaric and Callo looks ladylike (as a drow or otherwise disguised?) - is Wind a regular or giant spider, and do I see him/her? I didn't see an Omar in the character posts, what does he/she look like?
(Kizthe is a dark-haired, dark-cloaked dwarf, slender for her race.)

Oh, if it's not too late - IF Kizthe doesn't finish in full darkness, she'll use Cunning Action to dash to such as a bonus action.

((Out party is pretty heftily stealthed as a result of a pass without a trace spell, my own stealth was almost a 30. I am not worried about it, but for your RP purposes Varis is the only one who’s revealed themselves as I have held my action and we have no light source, but again no worries.
Wind is currently a giant spider, and roughly the size of a cow.))
