Note Kobolds 1-4 are new, 5 is the slinger from the previous room. Realizing the ambush, springs forward with elven agility, avoiding any plates that seem to be booby trapped, leaping over those he cannot move around. He skids to a stop, launching an arrow at the skirmisher Attack hits, 15 damage The arrow strikes true, drawing blood from the kobold.
While still stunned by the arrows, the kobold is struck again, this time by a dagger out of the dark, slicing along it's throat. It gurgles as it falls down. Doran has struck another killing blow . Attack hits, 12 damage, drops the kobold Merkarn 17 Seeing the human and elf-ranger leap into battle, Melkarn's blood stirs. Fire crackling in his fingers, Bladetongue dashes in to the battle. His curses and flaming blasts flying everywhere, except into kobolds Attack misses "How very surprising," Gabe says dryly. "They tried another ambush." He moves up with the others, bringing the glaive to bear to strike at the nearest kobold. The others seem to be doing fine for the time being, so he sees no need to call out tactics. Still, he does his part in the battle, striking at kobolds Attack hits, 7 damage Clark raises his orb, unleashing a cloud of daggers on a kobold. It Manages to avoid most of them thoughAttack misses despite their ambush being foiled, the kobolds still manage to inflict some damage on the party, including surrounding Gabe, for a momentTwo hits on gabe for 18 damage, one hit on Sanem for 4 damage, and the #5 slings a glue pot at Doran, which misses. Sanem steps away from 3, declares him his Quarry, then releases two arrows into its face. [dice=20] +7=14 [dice=10]
[dice=20] +7=15 [dice=10] [dice=6] 13 damage if ac is lower than 14. [rand=3039331257361055128937464374929772189701637235012806982318321782]

[18 damage? Ouch. I believe Gabe goes down, as he was at 16 before.]

Harknail moves up to take some of the pressure off of Gabe. "I'll take care of this one." Issuing a divine challenge at the kobold in front of Gabe (You. Me. Here. Now.), Harknail strikes at it with a Holy Strike. Move Action: Move to B10 Minor Action: Divine Challange Standard Action: Holy Strike [dice=20]+6+1(warforged tactics) = 13 Damage:[dice=8]+5 radiant = 12
Edit: Is Gabe down? If so Harknail would use Lay on Hands on Gabe instead of divine challenge. That would reduce damage done by 2 in the unlike event that he hit.[rand=28434886550530790513847731053829262388198403641585845105824992061]

Seeing one of his allies go down, even if it is just the Tiefling Clark steps up his game and moves to F12. He grabs a few spell components and casts Icy Terrain on D9 (Which will affect both kobalds but not Gabe if I'm not mistaken). [dice=20]+4 vs. Reflex [dice=6]+4 Damage + Prone [rand=9321872187846241137552394202112666512266919741041412377332481678]

Doran will move to I2 (that's a slinger, right? No attack of opportunity?), and then attack #5 with Reposte Strike. [dice=20]+8 [dice=4]+5
Hit AC 27 for 7 damage (no combat advantage), and, should the little bugger try to melee attack me, I get to hit him first. Oh and I've cut off the retreat. Have fun guys. If he does attack: [dice=20]+6 [dice=4]+3 10 to hit? Probably a miss. Oh well.

[Whoops. I forgot he's no longer at the bottom of initiative.
What are my prospects for getting up without getting smacked down again? If Gabe can stand up and get a step clear, he will. Either way, he'll give a Commander's Strike to Harknail.]

So unless you want to be smacked buy an icy terrian, I would recomend getting out of there.

[Then barring Opportunity Attacks, Gabe stands (minor), shifts SW to B11 (Move), and tells Harknail to hit them harder (Standard)]

[Then barring Opportunity Attacks, Gabe stands (minor), shifts SW to B11 (Move), and tells Harknail to hit them harder (Standard)] I was wrong, standing up is a move action, but for the sake of coolness, and that is was my mistake, It can be minor this time.
