If Harknail so allows...Red 1 will have cover from Doran's dagger, but the combat advantage should compensate. Just a basic throw, because there are no available spaces to move to with deft strike: [dice=4] | [dice=6] | [dice=6] | +6 | +2 | = 16 damage |
Doran's Combat Status:
Doran's Health: HP 30/30 - Surges 4/7- Second Wind 1/1 - Action Points /1 Encounter Powers: Torturous Strike 1/1 Daily Powers: Easy Target 0/1 Basic melee: dagger +1, +7/1d4+4 Sneak attack: 2d6+2

Howy's initial hit points should be 22 instead of 21.Howy's Round 1 Actions: Minor: Canceled Gabe's HealMove: Move to P11 (AOO from Red 2?) Standard: Attack Red 1 with mace Gabe's Heal: Canceled, Gabe already healed self. Edit: Oops, I accidentally erased my attack roll. The attack roll was a 13 vs AC on Red 1 with 8 pts of damage using a mace.[rand=64923333500798490700139767449861308957270852498607659952426688177]

Hold on, what it the initiative order for round one? We presumably have two goblins that go before we do, but do we all go after? Also, who is going to go first and brave the attacks of opportunity that the two flanking the doorway are going to get?

The goblins beat all of our initiative rolls. So all the gobs went first.
H usually advocates lettinng us go in whatever order we want so I assume that is why he didn't bother to list the actual init rolls.
I would think it would make sense for Thur and Hark to brave the AoO's. Of course Thur can use his tide of iron to move one of them away and Hark can divine challenge the other so he takes damage as he attacks everyone else.

Everyone else did get a surprise round action.
I think Harknail thought everyone had gone but missed that you had not.
The two guys flanking Gabe had been standing eithere side of the table then moved down.
Hopefully Harknail will still let you throw that dagger
That is 100% correct. I missed that Doran had not yet moved otherwise I would've waited for him. Yes, Doran can still throw his dagger, it hit and did significant damage.

For those who are interested, here is the initiative order: 23 Goblins 22 Harknail 13 Laira 13 Thursagan 12 Doran 7 Gabe 7 Bharash 6 Howahkan
But to keep the game moving smoothly I just process people's actions in the order they are posted. That greatly reduces the number of contingencies that must be considered when posting an action for the delays from having to wait while actions are posted in a specific order.

I agree, and I had intended to have Harknail do exactly that. Then I realized that he had neither sword nor shield because he had used Laira's halberd. It took all his actions to equip his normal sword and shield. he will do something like that next turn. In hindsight, it seems that bluffing them to open the door might have been a better option.

Moving into Gabe's square will provoke an attack of opportunity from both red 1 and red 2 with -2 to their attack rolls due to cover. Most likely they will wait until you move out of Gabe's square, when they will both be able to attack you with no penalty. Since your planned action would provoke 2 attacks of opportunity, not just one, I need you to confirm or repost.

Actually Gabe is already in P11, if Howy moves out of O13 (to O12) he'll provoke the two Opportunity Attacks, both with the -2 to attack rolls. But as Hardnail mentions, if you move any further and they decide to delay their OA's then they could avoid the penalty and get a +2 bonus for flanking to boot as Howy moves out of O11. So if you want to risk their attacks don't go any further than O12. Everyone else can then just move past into the room.

This makes it much more likely that the wererats will take the first opportunity attacks when someone moves out of O13 (which are much less likely to hit) until someone stops in O12.

Since Red 1 and Red 2 are out of Howy's line of sight, I can't target them from my current location. Howy' will just Ready a movement action. If Thursagan or Harknail move forward, Howahkan will move to their spot. Sorry again for the mix up.

Laira casts armor of agathys on herself gaining 13 temporary hit points (and will inflict d6+3 cold damage to any enemy adjacent to her on the beginning of its turn). She then moves to O12 picking up her halberd on the way and possibly provoking two attacks of opportunity from the goblins red 1 and red 2 (since this could happen before Howakhan's move). Laira then finishes with a warlock's curse on goblin red 1.
"Come on, we need to get inside and stop huddling in the corridor!"

Sorry, I was out for the weekend. Thanks for rolling initiative for me, Harknail, it sped up the actionThursagan will shift to O12 and use Tide of Iron on Red 2, now without cover: Attack: Sorry, I read the previous post too fast. Did Gabe gave me any bonuses?Damage: If it hits, we both will move 1 square to the left. It is marked in any case. [rand=34562640450894832156376484781503785548818390816452476985016837716]

No bonuses from Gabe on that attack, but you now get take a free basic melee attack on Red 2 with +4 damage bonus.

Howy is probably better off just delaying and once the two goblins have taken their opportunity attacks on the first one through the door after Gabe then Howy could move through to Q11 or even to Q12. The goblins can only do one OA each per turn, that way you could still get an attack in, maybe even with flanking bonus. We just need one of the big guys to push through and take the punishment for everyone else, hint hint... . Actually, I forgot: each creature can only take one attack of opportunity per (someone else's) turn, but can take as many aoo per round as they want. So, the goblins can actually aoo everyone, with flanking, as they come through the door. Also, does flame burst attack "creatures" or just "enemies"? All of us have line of sight on two corners of the goblin's squares, which I think gives them superior cover, -5 to hit, right?

Doran will Deft Strike to O13 after Thurg vacates it, attacking Red 1: [dice=20] | +9-2 | = 18 vs AC (after cover) |
If Thurg used tide of Iron to shift after the goblin, Doran will shift into 012. Doran's Combat Status:
