Both being wizards, I'll toss it to Bharash then. That's a +5 to attack vs. #6. The compendium says that Warlord's Favor only grants a +2 bonus to an ally, not +5 That shall have to be adjusted on the character sheet then, I was just going by that (I don't have DDi).
Also, I suppose I can just post my actions at will then? (still learning this new way of initiative)

Zach with take a shot at #6, while seeing how these constructs are resistant to cold. Pointing his staff at the creature as a cold aura builds at its tip, Zach lets loose with a bold of freezing cold. Chill Strike: [dice=20] | +8 | =21 vs Reflex #6 |
[dice=8] | [dice=8] | +6 | = 11 cold damage |
Not so impressive, damage wise, but the dog should be dazed until the end of Zack's next turn. Zachary's Combat Status:
Health: HP 32/32 - Surges 6/7- Second Wind 1/1 - Action Points 0/1 Encounter Powers: Chill Strike 0/1, Staf of Defence 1/1 Daily Powers: Flaming Sphere 1/1 - Freezing Cloud 0/1 Utility: Shield 0/1 - Feather Fall 0/1 Basic melee: Staff +1, +4/1d8+1 [rand=613172100362378674185448943396707793557627530494288524619383808]

I'm going to be a reader for a little bit until I make sure I haven't left any more mistakes in my character. Also to make it easier I posted Gabe's character builder file and a pdf print out of same to his character thread.

Thursagan get's to attack #7 first. If it survives, then it attacks before Laira's attack. Here goes the attack: Attack: [dice=20] | +8+2+3(feat) | 26 vs. AC |
Damage: If that is not enough, and the dog stands still after attacking Laira, he will take his turn to try a crushing surge on it: Thursagan will gain 3 temp HP if the blow connects. The dog keeps marked, if it survives the turn. [rand=624477685360572829522597689021698365709703781682993326440302453]

Laira attacked the iron dog (#7) with a ranged attack, which gave the iron dog an opening to attack her, which in turn gave Thursagan an opening to attack the iron dog.
Thursagan put a another big dent in the iron dog, breaking something inside that began to dribble out (bloodied). Laira then destroys what's left of it's mind with an Eyebite. The light goes out of it's eyes as it slumps to the ground.
Laira gets to teleport 3 squares and can then move. Does this change where you want her to go?
Thursagan doesn't need to hit it again, he has his full turn still available.

Thanks cyco! Gabe considers the situation and makes to drive his Glaive into the constructs underbelly, trying to force it into making an error in the coming moments. Viper's Strike (warlord at-will)
[dice=20]+6 12 vs. AC
[dice=4] [dice=4]+3 10 damage
I hope I'm not jumping the gun.. Though, if I am my turn will resolve most likely the same way as I'm fresh outta powers [rand=2597967387319958906400354792081184530368445417466941030159325838]

Also, I suppose I can just post my actions at will then? (still learning this new way of initiative) I use the Compendium because it's more available than digging out my books. Besides, it includes all the errata, so I don't have to look them up separately.
And yes, you can post your actions at will. That way you can post when it's a good time for you without having to worry what people above you in initiative order are going to do when they get a chance to post. It does reward those who respond quickly, but it cuts down a lot on waiting and/or contingent actions.
When I first started here (different campaign that merged with this one), everyone posted their actions with no feedback. Once everyone posted an action, the actions were applied in initiative order, with the monster actions inserted at the appropriate points. So the monsters got to react to what the characters did, but the characters couldn't react to what the monsters did unless you guessed right with contingent actions.
Once the monsters happened to all go before my character, so I waited till next turn so I could see what they did. That was the start of the free form turn order I'm using now. The rest was worked out with the players when I took over here. I've been very happy with out its been working to keep the game moving without undue posting requirements on the players. Sometimes we wait for a few days for a player before moving on to the next turn, but we don't have a situation where we have to wait for player A then wait for player B, etc.
The timing is set by the slowest player (often that's me). We're all busy, so there's no problem waiting for a few days. If you disappear for a week without prior warning, then we might start wondering what happened to you.

Pointing his staff at the creature as a cold aura builds at its tip, Zach lets loose with a bold of freezing cold. Chill Strike: Even though the Iron Defenders were sitting here at the center of the cold, the Chill Strike seems to affect them normally. Perhaps they are left over from a time before the tower was encased in ice. Zach hit and #7 took full damage and is dazed.

It would be easy to do if it were a Mac program, but I haven't found a way to do that for Windows.
The reason I ask is that I'm now using Character Builder to keep a reference copy of each character, but I have to fire up Windows every time I want to check something.

Nope, you aren't jumping the gun. Unfortunately, Gabe missed.

I would think a pdf printer would do the trick. If you have Flashpaper (old macromedia program) it works wonders, BullZip is another option I've used in the past. Any virtual printer that lets you "print to pdf" will accomplish it, I don't know if there is an "export to pdf" feature in the Character Builder.

Just like Candi says, install a pdf printer. I've used a number in the past including CutePDF but am currently using the acrobat professional one since I've got it installed for work. The Character Builder hasn't got any such export option at this time.

Unable to view the map.Zynthis will move adjacent to #7 if possible and attack with Righteous Brand. A definite miss. The only one left is #7. Zynthis could reach it with a charge, so I put him next to it. Map should be fixed now.

Harknail also charges after the last opponent (#6) [dice=20] | +6+1=25 vs AC | [dice=8] | +3=10 |
Harknail's sword slips between the iron plates of the last of the defenders and breaks something important. The eyes go out and the iron dog collapses. [rand=88498248346149925915714055299759648151137866079830847672442905605]

Gabe straightens himself, and turns to examine the party members post combat. Seeing Laira looks the worst for ware he approaches her and says something inspirational while offering to bandage her wounds.
Inspiring word for Laira if you want it

Zachary will rest for five minutes to recover Chill Strike and Shield. While he does so, he will study the remains of the constructs, taking notes as he goes. He will take a few samples of the previously glowing eyes if he can pry them out of their sockets.

Thursagan will watch over the group while we rest, he feels a bit responsible for not having spotted the danger in advance.
He will not spend healing surges during this rest. Have we reached a milestone?

Sanem and Persephone will stay on high alert to see if anything is moving about (with the Raptor circling the tower again until we are ready to go in)
