Two more travelers show up heading towards Elkridge. One is an Elf, a ranger by the looks of it. The other is... something strange. It has plate armor, but the armor seems to be attached to it rather than something it's wearing. More than anything else it looks like some sort of armor platted golem. A made thing rather than a person.
Barbatos, Popol, and Romra think that rather than getting an early start, these two have been traveling though the night (passive Insight check).

"We are on our way to Elkridge." Replies the Elven ranger. "My name is Llewelyn, and this is Harknail. Who might you and your group be?"

I am Stria, and this is Dart and Tol. As for the others, they will have to introduce themselves.
She gestures to the Dart and Tol
As for a group, I guess you could call us a gathering of strangers.
Elkridge huh? What are you heading there for? Brewfest perhaps?
What is Harknail exactly? She asks this cautiously, as to not provoke the mysterious construct
I have not seen his like before. I assume you are its master then? Though you don't appear to be a powerful wizard.
Stria performs an arcana check on Llewelyn just to be sure

a wry smile grace my lips at the gnomic response from the other before turning to Striazionis. "I've just journeyed from originally the White Lotus Academy. Not to be intruding, but is there a reason for all of you gathered?" i said looking around as this group doesn't seem to know of each other.
I aswell have 20 Cha, making the sunken eyes, palid skin, and dark brown short raggedy hair seem some how like being a dead guy not a bad thing. the power from the white well flowing though me makes me seem almost glowing, despite the dark and shadowy origins. My race is Human for those that didn't look.
I take a look around the area once more while listening to the answer and seeing if i can get a general idea what plane, or maybe continent this Eldridge is on. [dice=20]+0history or -1perception= 9 or 8

as blastishy is trying to understand what is wrong with the wizard and the cleric seamed preoccupide to talk to him about the condition the wizard was in. He was about to go back to looking how to make things go boom when he sees a walking shiny object that COULD SPEAK, and runns over to it.
Hi I am blastishy and i am an artificer, I have no idea what you are? Did someone make you? what are you made of and how is it that you learned to speak? I have tried all my life to make something like you but were never able to. I am so amazed and honared that i was able to meet such a master piece.
this is rather odd for blastishy because this is the most he has talked out loud since well he can't remember when. But what stood in front of him he could not resist his urge to ask questions he had to know every thing he could about it, he was an artificer after all.

Turning to Tol
I am not sure why we all have gathered myself, but I have a feeling it is not meer coincidence. Perhaps there is a tiding that requires our attention. Either way, seeing as how we have not killed each other in cold blood, I assume that means none of us are here to fight.
A slight smile arises on Stria's face. She wonders if she can get some more information out of Tol
White Lotus Academy? Is that on the same plane as the Black Thorn Temple?

I have tried all my life to make something like you but were never able to. I am so amazed and honared that i was able to meet such a master piece. Harknail seemed stunned by the barrage of questions, but he answered them as best he could. His speech was obviously archaic, some something you might read on a long lost scroll. " I be a Warforged. Aye, I be made by humans. I be made of stone and steel and other things I know not. I always be able to speak."

He continued, " But I not be here to fight ye." Anyone one with an Arcane bent would know that the White Lotus Academy is back on the home continent. Moonhaven is a fairly new colony, one of very few on this continent. Elkridge is a splinter colony of Moonhaven.

Truth be told, we have only just met, but it seemed that he was in need of aid, so I joined him. Also, I have never studied the arcane arts, my bow has served me well enough, and I have never had the time nor opportunity to spend on it."

Popol stands and moves closer to the wizard to examine his head. "I uh... " Barbatos reaches for his coin pouch, and finding it gone fumbles through the rest of his possessions, stopping to listen to the newcomers as word of some academy catches his ear.[rand=337078981142098441389922853572227486413464993207522682378876574893]

My eye narrow for a moment in thought at the Blackthorn, i seem to shake it off after a moment. "Not to my knowledge..." i take a look at the new comers, listening to the brief introductions thus far. my off hand unconsously reaches for the rod in my bag as a safety precaution with so many unknown people around.
Yes, what a wonderful happenstance that so many able body people meet on the road like this, it must be the work of the Gods. i say to know one in particular.

Made by HUMANS that just is not possible. They don't have open minds like gnomes or dwarfs do. How could humans do what he could not. So he could always speak that is interesting.
blastishy does not know why others are so trusting in these parts. the only reason why he took any interest in this construct was A) because it could speak with out being commanded to, B) it had NO master, C) It said it was made by Humans, D) because it was made out of epic material. yet the others seamed to be just saying on a whim they will help them, they don't even know them but it also did say he was not hear to fight the rest of us so that is good news.

Turning to HarknailIf ye are here to fight construct, then who be you enemy, and do you need more help? I offer my services to those in need, if the stars so proclaim. Harknail answered, "A farmer cameth to Moonhaven for help. He sayeth that Elkridge be overrun with drakes. Ye help be much appreciated." As Blastishy examined Harknail, he could see a fibrous woody material showing though the joints. Harknail's shield was actually attached to his arm. Full sized picture of Harknail:

Dart watches the exchanges - thinking it shows a lack of experience - everyone seems to be first timers - friendly enough - war forge - golem by any other name that has been upgraded for speech. It may be upgraded for weapons as will. Most golem's don’t need such tool’s. This group is going to need to find their own way it seems.
"Any one hungry?"
“Wizard, if I’m not mistaken you where coming from the sea?”

“Wizard, if I’m not mistaken you where coming from the sea?” "I'm not sure, I don't remember how I came to be here. Another portal perhaps". Barbatos glanced at the sky, no sign of the drakes that had been spoken of, "must have had a reason though" ... turning towards the construct "what kind of reward was this farmer offering?"[rand=7239570788310081445872486564814395444113861121726813622727273817]

Farmers tend to offer food and they don't pay well. They are to used to working with peasants. If the needs great enough - I’ll think about it - whatever it is. But peasent work never pays well.
