OOC: hmm. . . I'd say the first option isn't safer, he loses the spell 2/5 th of the time. I'd bet on his rockin' good AC.

well it is up to him.
while he is deciding that i am going to try and keep things progressing. .
This time Skar's blade drives into its side, all three heads let out roars of anger. as the sword is flings back, the heads dart to catch the shining object in one of the three mouths. the heads are out matched for it moves in the air with ease back to its master.

you auto hit, most spells with touch you have to roll this one you do not, that was the part of the conversation I had with Glass.
ok so your taking the attack of op, if it hits your AC you lose the spell.
As the cleric stretches out his now hand, one of the heads lashes out at him [dice=20]+base vs AC. miss
the cleric once more sidesteps the attack making it look easy and grabs the top part of the body connecting the three heads. then the heads screech it starts to wobble. it was not enough to kill it, but it does not look like it is in good shape, for it looks like it will down any minute, [rand=863936619134619813075106497853994133965322747826584128207820467651]

it is now the monsters turn.
# 1 and # 2
#1 being very wounded it shifts back, no attack of op for shifting ( five foot step). and it blows fire. 20 foot cone. Glass needs to make a ref DC 17 for half damage as does callo. also it did not see both callo or glass, it was going for the other two, it was the cone area that got you. Callo does have cover so a +2 on ref, the tent is now fully on fire. now only #2 have not breath weapon yet.
Nokomis, Crugeon Loyalar see the fire jet at them but are uninfected, for there protections were holding steady. the few tents around them catch on fire.
#2 does not like getting punched in the side of its head. very angry it bites and claws using everything it has to attack the on who dared prevent it form its feast.
just so you know that i am not fudging anything it has a feat that lets them attack more then once, i know this looks like a lot of attacks.
Bite [dice=20]+bab miss

gore[dice=20]+bab hit
[dice=8]+4
DM note (these are different babs for some reason)

# 3 will move and charge skar: closing the gap of distance between Skar and it and gets in close landing on the part of the north wall that is still intact, and charge attacks the food with the shiny object of pain. this was a 3 on the roll before so i am leaving it as a miss. [dice=20]+bab+2 vs AC 20 (misses) this food was as annoying as the shiny object they just wont let him eat them,
#4 will land in front of the gate blocking people from leaving, and eats the closest guard.

(Posting action in advance to save time - unless Nokomis somehow manages to finish #2 in which case i'll alter the post)
Callo shrugs off the flames, the shallow burns healing and fading away as she focusses her magic once more - if her adversary would not grow smaller then she shall grow larger...
As Nokomis battles the Chimera he spots Callo stepping from the shadows behind it, growing taller with each step until she stands nearly twice the creatures height.
Polymorph - Annis(hag), still disguised as an 8-9' tall Callo - heals 12hp, new AC 28 [dice=20]+20 Move Silently - moving into flanking position on #2[rand=7731227890630575192506254533946879517614728027368601884289608062]

Nokomis first attack cuts a head clean off, seeing an opportunity to strike with the second plunges her sword into the underbelly, as the ice sword strikes into the beast, the other two heads look like they would attack her, but the ice flows quickly from her blade through the body and the beast falls keels over now slain.
( first attack would have killed it but i think killing it with the magical sword was a far cooler way to kill it.)

No objections at all to the description, I liked it But the first sword actually has stronger magic than the frost blade, the first sword is a +3 sword.

the damage from the breath weapon:

Callo has passed and resit 5, half then another 5 comes off of damage. 4 total damage
callo looks like she just got a sunburn.
Nokomis half damage to the total of 120 fire protection so 120-9= 111 fire protection left. Nokomis look like the fire did not even touch or harm her in any way. cleric has not rolled.

Skywatcher unloads the punches and kicks with the speed of almost faster then the lightning. he punches one of the heads and brakes the neck. the second darts at him but meets it with a headbutt and it hits the ground. the third he side kicks and that head is snapped clear to a side and falls limp. the one reaming head, regains its eyesight from the headbutt and tries to bite at skywatchers legs yet he jumps in the air lands his knee onto its neck. and this time it does not get up. the last move is the palm strike to the heart. and the beast lays dead.
you did 134 points of damage: i am not playing with the you do over 50 hp it is an auto kill. but still nicely done for you did kinda do over kill but still looked cool.
(two down)
with all the posting not that i mind Brienne the pixy needs to still go.

O we did not miss your action , there is 7 of you to keep track of. i just did not want to miss anyone and thought someone might have been skipped but all is good. you did & getting to people to pray to Isis. so we are back at top, Glass your up then pixy to save time i recall there was some distance between where you are at the tents and the fort . it is 75 feet to the fort.

As the blast of fire parted around Glass's cloak he looked toward the girl to see if she was alright. She looked . . . alive. His mind stalled and then rebooted into the next problem. Fast! They were going to need to do something quickly to save the people at the fort. Glass glanced at the ones around him who had so swiftly dismantled the two beasts around him. Yes, they could deal with the threat but he could get them there. Perhaps they would even believe they themselves did it. Callo let out an exasperated sigh as the creatures before fell, oh well - still she would have the appearance of helping in this fight, it might net her a discount from the local traders or at least a little peace from the beggars.
Glancing for the remaining Chimera from her elevated position she caught sight and sound of the elf, invisible again, casting some form of spell ...
