as i recall you did them right, and both confirm, and you do kill it. you can do the description as to how it died if you so wish. i always when i remember to give players the option to describe the attack(s), adds flavor to the fight.

As the beast lands in front of Skar he grins lowers his stance and sword. In one brutal up slash he cuts through one neck from its cheast up to under the jaw and out to the side catching a second head and cutting everything above the eyes off. The third head screams in rage and pain. A last ditch attempt to kill Skar it dives foward mouth wide but it only finds the pointed end of a sword stuck through and out the back of its head. Standing drenched in blood Skar lets out a roar and looks for the next target.

cleric's turn
then i will have the last monster, which is monster #4 go.
then everyone else can act.
Everyone but Skar has a haste spell on them. so most your moves are at 60 feet for one move or 120 on a charge.

Cleric begins moving to position himself near the last opponent which if i understand is a ways away so he will get as close as he can checking to see if any one has been injured along the way. If I misunderstood and the Cleric is close enough to move and smack a dragon he will smack it in the face with his mace. [dice=20] +9[rand=13576408196104883681264324191118973663929941700675425661866488917]

as your getting into the door you see bloody mess and people in ashes, and burn cloths and black chard bones. the guards are far from showing any sign of life. your fast enough to move and charge the last beast, but you go to strike smoke and dust gets in your eyes and you wiff. ( no one has cover from smoke just flavor text right now).
monster 4's turn: it all out attacks the guards around it, many die from the beasts attacks for they are getting eaten or impaled, 5 guards now are slain.
If you have not acted in this round you may act.

Nokomis quickly surveys the scene and sees that the guards are not fairing well on the tower. Realizing that the guards are needed to prevent chaos here, Nokomis takes to the air with no visible means of propulsion (Celestial Armor). Even without the haste spell she would have been close, with it she actually reaches the beast, landing next to it on the ledge. Rather than use her scimitars, Nokomis wants to make sure she has the beasts undivided attention. So instead she briefly flips up the cloth covering her mouth and exhales at the chimera. What comes out is not bad breath, but a powerful bolt of lightning (aimed so it hits no one else). [dice=8][dice=8][dice=8][dice=8][dice=8][dice=8] 28 damage, DC 18 reflex save for half damage.[rand=575245115207508236252737371250987055144885322079064915259249974042]

the lightning bolt fires and grazes the wing of the chimera but had it been a little to the right it would have hit spot on, looking to see what nearly hit it the three heads turn to see it coming form a new meal.
( one of the heads says In draconic: come down hear so i can eat you. it does not know your a half dragon, but it can speak and it is the only language it knows.)
ref save [dice=20]+ base=save
half damage.[rand=56131088198162626578056623693556776934926630929147106737340800464]

One of the creatures still stood, an opportunity to learn it's origins and master. With supernatural speed Callo slammed into the Chimeras flank, pinning it against the wall of the mudbrick fort as she towered over the creature, speaking in Draconnic "your companions have fallen, your life belongs to me now"Charge - strike - free grapple - pin Charge:[dice=20]+17 to hit [dice=6]+7 damage
Free grapple(no AoO) [dice=20]+17 to GRAB (touch attack) [dice=20]+20 to HOLD (including size bonus - opposed grapple test) - and PIN [rand=593819493475142438657401656314394629329319147715213346443651150153]

odds were not in my favor, nice roll (Sneering Glower from the combat panache feat next round will put the chimera down as a 7 point underdog in future grapple rolls, 9 if demoralised - he could be here for a while )

Skywatcher sprints over as quickly as he can, holding his hands out.
"W-wait, I...I need to-that is, I should really-well, he said something...let me speak with...him?"

At this point we are now out of combat in less anyone wishes to kill it, or have it continue then we go back in to the same Ints as before
it is not pined to the point of helpless but it cant move, so keep that in mind. but it has stopped struggling for now. ( use rope to tie it up ).

Left alone by the tattered tents and slain beast Glass points a transparent finger at the beast still living and whispers a spell in Elven. (Glass casts message.)
(Anyone near either end could probably roll to hear it but I'm not sure what the DC would be. Whispered harshly to the hydra in Draconic;) "Who's sand do you serve sky serpent? What is your purpose here?"
