They approached from the south, following your trail. But the group had not come straight here from the Gnoll base. Heading west would be the most direct route to the Gnoll base, which is also in the ridge, perhaps a 40 minute walk away (could take longer due to spots of rough terrain). Map (updates as positions change)

still keeping his voice low "Let's do it, is the best we got at this time for we don't know if they are coming back or not best not risk it, sorry guys thought they would go for it, move out but not in their light if you can help it. Thinking to himself those smart Jerks, they just had to make it hard on them. nope, the Gnolls just had to keep being a pain in the butt as they always were. No wonder people hated them so much, its out of pure frustration of what they do to others. Move to O8 with a stealth roll of cBc7jMLhp_1-20+1=91-20

Oris is waiting until the get a little farther, when their light no longer illuminates as brightly the cave entrance, then try and circle out and around then.

Still waiting for Vetch's reaction to them moving away from the cave. Vetch is the only one who can see them and can react before anyone inside the cave knows that they are leaving.

Seeing them leave, and realizing that the gnolls had likely become suspicious and were returning, Vetch decided that he could not let the Gnolls get away. He decides he will have to attack, and hope that his allies realize the situation and come out to assist before things get dicey. He will move to intercept the lead Gnoll and, as he attacks, attempt to alert the others.
OOC: Vetch will attempt to move into the light (he is still invis) and angle towards the lead gnoll to intercept. As soon as he is in range, he will charge the lead gnoll. As he drops the invis, he will hope for surprise and will yell to alert the others.

Map has been updated assuming Vetch intercepts the Gnolls as soon as they start moving away.
While the Gnolls are discussing things Vetch waits for them to enter the cave. But when they start going the other direction he charges the one in the lead.
Vetch has combat advantage and an additional +1 for charging. Waiting for you to roll a basic attack (or power that can be used while charging).
When Vetch cries out his battle cry, Harknail activates his glowing shield (saved action) so that the others can make their way out of the cave quickly without stumbling.
Vetch is the only one who moves in the surprise round (other than Harknail lighting the way). But Oris, Zem, and Barbatos all go before the Gnolls in the first full round.
Tag Vetch for Charge attack and damage rolls (map already updated with Charge Position). Tag Oris, Zem, and Barbatos for full round actions.
Since the new forum allows for bigger avatars, I uploaded a bigger image to give a clearer view of what Harknail looks like.

(Can Barbatos actually see anything of the Gnolls?) Not until he moves out of the cave. He has some idea of where they are from watching their torch light fade to the right (from Barbatos's view, left to us)

Trying to stick with the plan Barbatos moves into view and lets off a sleep spell - though wary that other Gnolls had resisted its effects in the past.
Barbatos will move forward until he can see the gnolls and then hit them with a sleep spell E8xFV2lMp_1-20+9 vs will p_1-20+9 vs will Orb used to reduce the save of the closest gnoll by 21-201-20

Vetch charges, whirling his bastard swords as he goes. He howls in hopes that he will alert his allies that the Gnolls are not falling for the trip. As he charges the lead gnoll, he swings both Bastard swords in looping arcs, hoping to catch it and down it quickly before things become dicey. He hopes his friends heard the call.
Charge attack According to my character sheet, Vetch gets an additional +1 for running attack, I am not sure if you already considered that when you added the +1 already, I will let you call that
Attack #1 F95CQzVFp_1-20 +12 (I left it at my normal +11 and the +1 you put in) Total:19
Damage: p_1-10 +2 =51-201-10

You also get +2 to hit from combat advantage (the gnoll didn't see you coming thanks to the invisibility), though you hit without that. You also get +6 to damage instead of +2 because this is a basic melee strike not a twin strike.
With both blade flashing, Vetch hits the lead gnoll woman in the side, slicing right though her leather armor (for 9 pts). The gnoll woman eeps in surprise before crying out in pain. But with both a longbow and a handaxe both women do look ready for trouble.

Oris's arrow missed the lead Gnoll by quite a margin, though an arrow coming from behind her still got her attention. When the arrow arced around and came at the other Gnoll, to say they were surprised would be an understatement. The trailing Gnoll dodged the shot, but both kept a close eye on that arrow until it landed at the feet of the dimly lit archer. OOC: OK, you missed both shots, but seeking arrows are still impressive
