Just going to point out something that is why George brings his fully stocked shop for that very reason.
He has rope, nets etc. Had you not been a dick to him he would let you use his things. insted if you try or do take his things he will be even more pissed and will stop you if you try using his things. regardless if we are in battle or not your not touching my things ever, and of you dont say your sorry for how u treated him, or take his things while im sleeping and he finds out your never getting another heal from him. so o just wanted that to be known a head of time, thought it only fair to tell u.

Um, I'd like to point out that he'd be taking your things to save your horse so you don't have to abandon your cart. If it wasn't for the cart and horse we could flee though the trees faster than these big things could follow. Also he came to fight them when he didn't have to.

Then He needs to tell him He is sorry and that. HE were in the wrong and mean it, then he will let him, only until then and not before. He never asked for Him to come back, for he never had to run off in the first place . not my characters fault his could not face the hard truth. All George did was he gave what he saw, he tried to help Him see things from a different view. what he got was it throne in his face. How he sees it an alliance does not lie to each other. how he sees it He is a walking threat to Georges safety, wagon/home and worse to the group in general. He does not get that, then that is on him . if he wishes to disrespect my character this is what he gets. how George has been treated by his is with no respect. just like my other character was yet unlike you thought i did not hold this new character for he has different thoughts and actions and how he deals with things as well as feeling then my other one did. Nor have i let past games with him affect my characters words or actions, you and him just thought i did and used it as a typical excuse to excuse his bad behavior. I tried to bury the hatchet with him weeks ago and I let his past actions in games go completely. i would not be trying to play with him had i not done that. then he back stabs me showing he never meant what he said to me and i took him at his work, he lied in and out of character so i called him on it in character as i should. Not allowing my past feelings in even tho it would be easy for me to do, for i keep my word to others. Had he just admitted he was wrong it would have been enough and still is when he is ready. then he comes up with this reaction by saying i never did put it behind me when I had. By doing so calling me a lair to my face and no one says anything and just lets it go I am not cool with this but we needed to move on. K i let it go til he says he was not in the wrong and its on me, that is what pissed me off. I think that is sad he thinks that cause I don't do that to people. I keep my word to others, just cause he can't does not mean he gets to immpune my honor the way he did. I know the kind of person i am and i would like peole to stop judging me for standing up for what i think is right.
It is about time he leans he can't get away with it all the time and pull this shit it makes game not fun i told him this more then once. I see and you keep giving in to him so he will not change cause he knows it works so he keeps doing it know he can. So this time the difference is George will not stand for his shit and will call him out. you have earn his respect to get it. You have, the wolf has as the rest have as well. Leaving one and only one who has not. His has to earn it the same way you all did, coming back does not even it, him omitting he was in the wrong will. So yes an official apology is needed.

Don't worry about it Harknail. Ka'lion already told George he wouldn't touch his things unless he was dead and inspite of of the danger he'd return to his camp before taking anything from him he didn't offer. Ka'lion does prefer to run away from a fight to find a better battle location if he can. The only reason he's helping the party right now is he thinks the "undead dragons are hunting him and he hoped his hammer would be good enough. As it is he does look crazy. He's attacking a dragon naked screaming about Jesters in a barbarian rage - I'd call that brave and then some. What George doesn't know is Ka'lion bares him no ill will. He'd use his heal spells to help him because when George first joined the party he heal Ka'lion and others in the party.

True to your point about ill will brave my ass btw, you just want to say look at me look at me your all wrong. what you gave him was distrust in return for helping you and then insulted his new friends and left them, when all they did was call you out for you doing stupid shit all the time. He felt you took him for a fool and he is not he heard exactly what you said so its not like he put words in you mouth or slandered you in any way. He just call it how he saw it, and let you know about it.
He is high int and wit i play him as such and will continue to do so. I get he does not mean ill will and i don't hold it vs him. If he says his sorry and mean it and can omit he was in the wrong George will forgive him and never bring it up showing your character grew a bit to him, if you can grow then there is room to change right now george does not see you can, will not help someone who can't help themselves from within first, he can see you need to do that first.
I get he is how he is. He is a character with feelings but as is mine, that does not mean George will roll over and get taken for a fool. He will not let you lie to him and not stand up for himself and call out the lie. If any other character lied to him and he found out, his reactions would be identical to his now that is why i know how he would react cause if i can see the situation and know what he would do, i do it and not hold back for it.
I know how to keep player and character apart and it is important to know how to do this in a game, in any rpg. This brings up also if he does not know it like you said. He can't act with that info for it is out of character if you put it in character then he can but that is up to you/him if he would or not. so his actions towards you will not change until then like i have been saying all this time. If this is what you want, truly want then give him a reason to in character. What i know and what he knows are not the same they are separate as they should be, i don't over lap it ever even if i know he is going to die for the actions i do them for it is in character and what they would do. the only time i did not is when i walk away from a game know the next action are not their own or lead to the kind of characters i hate to play with.
medagaming. and that is something players should never ever do even when asked to it is not fair to the dm or the players when people do so.
i think we need to get back to turns now, i have had my say and let you know, it is now up to you how you wish to act as he is a character in a game after all.

Using a cape to snare weapons is a feat if I have ever heard of one. Now some devices gift extra feats but my bet is the moon clocks power is resistance to heat based on how the clock feels - the GM said the it's cool to the touch. That would not be a bad result.

The GM was hinting that this cape will have the power to attempt to disarm an enemy with your weapon. Not something that requires a feat, but the magic of this cloak.

If I remember correctly in the fighters handbook the feat for using a cape as a shield is listed. Now I don't own the book so I can't be sure and I don't remember what it was called. But it is listed as a feat - it's found with the two weapon feats listed. I tried to look it up but was unable to find it..

That's all well and good. But disarming an opponent is also the magical ability of the Cloak that Ka'lion selected, as hinted by the GM. If that's not something you want, then Ka'lion needs another cloak. But it might fit Ka'lion, that seems like something he'd like to do.

GM, I seem to have lost track of the potions Vadania has. All I have is "Several potions from mill", but she also had potions from earlier, the ones that were identified in exchange for her delivering a message here, though perhaps those were used or given to Ka'lion.

Harknail - the magical item tracking sheet (http://kmansadventures.proboards.com/thread/8801/exceptional-magical-item-distribution) indicates that you have only scrolls left. Ka'lion has three potions left from the collection and George purchased a crate of them.
The capes are low-level (1000gp) magical items which can be strengthened and enhanced, but initially are quite limited - no shapeshifting or anything to that effect.
They function as battle capes - a non-proficient wearer can claim a +1 shield bonus from it. If an exotic shield proficiency is taken the cape's AC bonus (including any future enchantment) also applies to touch attacks and the user additionally gains a +4 to disarm attempts while wearing it.
Their 3/day magical properties will become apparent enough if identified. Eldon can actually tell you more about them if you hang around to speak with him, or you can work out what they do once in battle.

Ka'lion suggests they go into the mansion nearby to get out of the rain so treasure still undivided and and unused can be divided up. So far we have

As it's been a while i'll just refresh you memory of what you found in the buried church beneath the temple in clearwater -
The book stood on a pedestal before the gates to the demons prison, secured by gilded clamps until Ka'lion smashed the pedestal and took it. The book bore many symbols an images including that of the priests of the flame to the east, the rust hills to the north west beyond the barbarians lands, and the buried church itself.
Six statues to forgotten heroes decorated the room, one with a breastplate which Aelos still carries, one with the amulet that he bade Ka'lion deliver to the churches to the east when he fled the goblins, plus the wooden sword, axe head, and the hammer.
Finally there was a scarab brooch which the group appears to have misplaced ...

Ka;lion had the scarab and always wore it. He'll ask if anyone has seen it? If not - we have two theives in the party they may of barrrowed it and forgot to return it. He'll start to think about anyone that was looking at it, asked about it and the last time he remebers having it He'll also thinking about if anyone touched him near it recently.

Also elefant in the room how are we going to continue with plot with now 2 parties. Forcing ether side to make new characters would not be fair. Spliting the group i get dms dont want to run two sides/ two groups. I have done so and its not as hard as one would think. All i as is this needs to be done fairly. Cause both sides should still be allowed to keep their characters. if they wish, for we all spent a lot of time in development.

The GM will run unrelated adventures for each group. With this format neither group will have to wait for the other.
The question now is: Is George going to storm off now, or will he follow Ka'lion's suggestion to spend the night in the inn, split the loot, and go our separate ways in the morning?
