the back two fire elementals shoot out jets of fire
one at callo the other at dawn.
at callo Range touch attacks. IccD5Pbnp_1-20+24 = 35
p_1-8+p_1-8+8= 10 fire and you resist it.
p_1-10+p_1-10 burn dc 22
p_1-4 rounds.
p_1-20+24 range touch at dawn = 40
p_1-8+p_1-8+8= 17 fire
burn p_1-10+p_1-10
p_1-4 rounds.

Callo shields herself from the fire, making a good act of it. The flames were harmless but the elementals need not know that - so long as they believed their fire effective they would likely continue wasting their efforts.

"Eek!" Dawn beats at the flames before they engulf her.
(Reflex u4CjW0s1p_1-20 + 15 = 24, stops the burn)
She calms down a bit when it sinks in that the protection spell has done its work. There isn't so much as a scorch mark on her. Her hair isn't even mussed. (17/120 damage prevented.) The thought of deceiving the fire elementals doesn't even occur to her; she is a very honest sort of person.1-20

The last elemtal goes into the black fire ( does not harm it ) and comes out the frount end of it near his brothers.
Ill arange movements today and post new photo I hope that is helping a bit more.

Callo continues to feint injury from the flame while moving away from the entrance, clearing a path for her allies. Targetting the elemental flanking her companion she unleashes a bolt of cold that was sure to get it's attention (orb of cold, 50 cold damage to a single elemental, +50% for vulnerability. No save)Restore a 4th level spell for 8hp (last use today) - orb of ice. Hat of many spells - roll to empower B3hYshcLp_1-100 = success, no side effects

(I take it this was not the one right next to your friend but the other one that was flanking him. Both don't look quite that bad yet but not as great as they once were.)

No its not a magical attack like fireball is, its just pure fire ( its how its worded in monster stats )
Callo like dawn gets hit but evaded chatching fire. The elemtals take no noice, they rather just keep wacking the guy in frount of them.

Dawn will cast haste on the party. +1 to attacks, +1 to AC, +1 to Reflex, and an extra attack when full attacking.
Bip will take a flying five-foot step diagonally upwards, which should be close enough to attack at least one of the elementals with his 20 feet of reach. Then he makes a full attack, one against each elemental since he wants to trip them all. First the one on Bip's left, then the one on his right, then the one in the middle. (The ones on the side have soft cover due to the corner, so he wants the higher attack bonus against them.)
First attack: 8yWRhE0zp_1-20+26=36 to hit, p_1-6p_1-6p_1-6+24=38 damage, and a p_1-20+30=50 combat maneuver check to trip Second attack: p_1-20+26=41 to hit, p_1-6p_1-6p_1-6+24=34 damage, and a p_1-20+30=47 to trip Third attack: p_1-20+21=35 to hit, p_1-6p_1-6p_1-6+24=37 damage, and a p_1-20+30=31 to trip

( bip was in very back( making room for the party ) he cant get to elementals in 5 foot step, also with his size i take it he would block the door. He is huge size right?)

(He has 20 feet of reach, so he doesn't need to be that close. He should be able to stay in the hallway, fly in the squares above the rest of the party, and attack the elementals who are near the door. Assuming he fits in the hallway, anyway.)

( Ok with his move he can hit two to the sides but the 3rd who is in the middle would be too far to attacks)

(Sure. Assuming they all hit, the third attack will just go to whichever has taken more damage so far. Bip is also now in position to take attacks of opportunity with Combat Reflexes if they try to stand up.)

As bip bites into the fire elemtals it burns bip quite much each time he does.
( It says creaturs take damage if they hit them with natural weapons.
Bite is a natural weapon.)
So he takes 2d10 per bite. So ends up he takes 6d10 fire damage, ( what spell does he have on him? Haste and i know there was another one?)
He does trip both.
He then must make 3 dc 22 reflex saves.

He has several spells. The one giving him fire resistance is Lesser Evolution Surge for fire resistance 15. He also has Mage Armor, Overland Flight, Haste, Nondetection, and Greater Magic Fang.
Reflex saves: iVJfHArDp_1-20p_1-20p_1-20; +17 on each so two successes and one failure.
Three sets of 2d10: p_1-10p_1-10; no damage p_1-10p_1-10; 1 damage p_1-10p_1-10; no damage1-20�1-20�1-20�1-10�1-10�1-10�1-10�1-10�1-10
