Since the kobolds are well out of melee range, Beth will focus on defense. She'll advance forward alongside a squishier teammate, standing in front of them to provide cover and taking the dodge action. Beth advances to the right, heading for the kobolds attacking out of the darknessAnd defending those behind her. Map (updates as positions change)

I would like to listen for the direction of one of them and shoot at him/her.
Ucp64wLNp_1-20+7=27 crit damagep_1-8+5=7 +forgot crit rule OOC: in order to get a clear shot at any of them Kamon DO had to move forward. Once she did so, she could see #3 now that Bishop had moved forward. I'm assuming she goes for the target she can see, since to attack one hiding in the darkness the attack would be at disadvantage (roll twice and use the lower overall), which would not likely to be a crit. As for crit damage, roll the damage die twice but only add the modifier once. Not sure where you are getting a damage modifier of +5 from, DEX just gives +3. In any case the kobold only has 3 HP left, suggests the DEX damage is enough to finish him.Kamon-DO advances to get a clear shot at one of the kobolds hiding in the darkness. Once she clears the corner, she sees that one of them has been revealed by Bishop advancing with the light. Kamon-DO puts a crossbow bolt through the left eye of the revealed kobold, killing it instantly.

( If Beth ends up in L or K 13 Elir will fallow her lead. He is well out of range of his spells but might start tossing daggers/dart but I don't recall range for a daggers or darts.) As he advanced he calls out to rest of party " Don't forget the one in the water he's still in there." If I'm not in range of any kobolt Elir will take defensive action as well. #6 is within range of Produce Flame. All of the kobolds are within long range for a thrown dart (roll twice and use the lower roll). Let me know if you want to use spell or dart, and if dart, which target.

i get extra damage from my background. I just checked, and a Sage background gives no combat bonuses. Then I looked at the Archery Combat Style, and found that he gave +2 to hit, but no damage bonus. So Kamon-DO has +3+2+2 = +7 to hit but only +3 for damage. Still, +7 to hit is very good for a first level character!

Being able to see in complete darkness, Elir has no problems it in the kobold nearest to him (#6) with his magically produced flame. The kobold cries out in pain as it is engulfed in fire, although the cries do not last long for the kobold drops to the ground dead.

Not seeing any easy target for his sneak attack, Lincoln will move to 12L and take the Dodge Action.

Hurick moves to join the group heading into the darkness (to K11).
#4 hides in the darkness just out of reach of the light and targets the person carrying the light: u|sh71Lgp_1-20p_1-20+4 =17(miss) but his sling stone bounces harmlessly off of Bishop's armor.
#5 can see the source of the light, so he goes for the one in the lead (Beth): p_1-20+4 =10 (miss) (Advantage for attacking from darkness canceled by disadvantage from Beth dodging) Ready for defense, Beth catches sight of the stone in time to interpose her shield, deflecting the stone harmlessly.
But then the rarely seen lizard emerges briefly from the pool (at J10) and breathes a stream of acid along the row of adventurers before sinking once more into the foul pool of water. Hits Hurick, Elir, and Beth for p_1-6p_1-6p_1-6= 8 damage, DC 11 Dexterity check for half damage.

Seeing his companions advancing into the darkness Bishop moves to bring his shield around to illuminate more of the room, seeking to draw more of the kobolds fire.
Unless called to attack the lizard Bishop will move up to B11, i'm not sure if his 30 foot movement will allow him to attack after that depending on how we are measuring diagonals
-This action held until those around the lizard have had their turn as Bishop may need to change target to assist

When Elir turns to burn the creature that attacked him from behind, all he can see are ripples, the creature has submerged again.
The creature is using the partial move, attack, continue move option. The spot on the map is where it popped up briefly. Very annoying. Elir can save his attack for it to reappear, or do something else.

It takes his full action to move into position. But the remaining kobolds are now reviled and have no darkness to hide in. Also Bishop has a clear view of a heap of coins straight ahead of him (marked on the Map at D14). The black lizard came from this direction when it dived into the pool. Putting the clues together: black lizard, acid breath, pile of coins... They were facing a black dragon! Though it was smaller than any Bishop had ever heard of.

Aegis nods and yells, "Are you fucking kidding me? a Dragon!?" keeping behind K as he aims his next spell, thinking of what to do. Wait, didn't he have some sort of prismatic orb ability he could use? No, wait, of course he didn't prepare components for Chromatic Orb, that would be too convenient. Aiming his fingers directly where the dragon seems like it'd pop up, Aegis decides to expend Witch Bolt, trying to see if it liked being Witched on.

Bishop prepares to strike at the kobold should it seek to disengage, and shouts over to his companions, "if you wish to lure out a dragon threaten its horde!"
A degree of speculation on Bishops part but from legend dragons were well known to guard their gold and gems fiercely, and perhaps enough to entice this young one from the water.
