Brennen isn't super worried about taking damage from the fire, since he has fire resistance, but it would certainly be unfortunate if the forest burned down. There's not much he can do to stop it, so he'll blast the storm again and try to take out the wind effect, maybe stop it from getting worse.

Ylva growls at the storm, but there is nothing that the large wolf can sink her teeth into.

A watery mist filled with electricity begins to rise up as the water in the lake swirls and surges up around the banks, but Vadanias wand freezes a path through it towards the ship providing a clear line of sight and a safe spot for the group to hold its ground for now as they spread out to avoid being caught together by further lightning.
The expected strike does not come however as instead arcs in the mist begin to form up into wisp-like balls of lightning. Brennen counts four in all weaving around the ship and has no doubt that they would soon seek out the group. Waves fire also form up around the stone ring of the ship and a lash of flame whips out at Vadania in retaliation for her attack - though she is unharmed thanks to her magical ring.
The storms power seems to ebb and flow erratically from moment to moment, though without being on board or drawing the ship closer to shore it is difficult for the group to strike it with their full strength. The elementals actions are similarly erratic but not entirely without thought or focus as they adapt their actions to the movements of the party.
Tag all but Tink (though she can take her move action in response to the storm and water effects) When attacking the ship declare a target for each attack - the hull, the stone ring, one of the gems (exposed, secured, or buried as appropriate), or any of the elemental effects you wish to attack directly such as the whirlwind.

Which effects are within melee range? I'd assume at least the storm is, but perhaps others are as well. I was thinking that Ylva can't reach the ship, but the elemental effects are reaching out to us. And Ylva's teeth count as magic weapons.

As Tink discovered with her faerie fire spell - the elemental effects are magical, not the bodies of the elementals themselves as they are still contained within the gems.

Vadania will follow up the beam of cold with a searing beam from her Sunlight Shard, directed at the exposed gem. Damage: B2Sn9_nZp_1-8 p_1-8 p_1-8 p_1-8 p_1-8 =21 (assuming it is not a construct)

(assuming it is not a construct) The gemstones, and the whole ship, are effectively constructs - though they don't have exotic protections like golems so what will affect them is a little broader.

Should I change the Searing Beam damage to 5D6 in that case? No need, i'll just adjust it to 75% when applied.

Vadania notices that the gem she had attacked glows with heat after the strike, and also that a second stone - the fire stone - flashes in response to the attack.

The problem with attacking the gem is that eldritch blast deals half damage to objects. (Sure, it counts as a creature, but Brennen doesn't know that.) So Brennen is going to keep attacking the storm effect.

The blast flies through the storm, though Brennen is sure that he caught enough of it this time that his attack should have been effective. Between this and Tinks Faerie Fire he feels sure that the storm is not the body of the elemental but instead a magical effect. This is both a good and bad thing - one less target to aim at, but a magical manifestation may be limited in duration.
As for the glow the three elemental stones seem to be linked. The top stone is clearly the source of the fire magic, it may simply be glowing in response to an attack of heat or it may be capable of shielding the ship and the other stones - though the glow of heat from the gemstone Vadania targeted suggests that any such protection was ineffective against it (Searing Light isn't an elemental spell)
As he speculates the mist forming around the group begins to close in, overcoming the brief respite of Vadanias ice wand (as obscuring mist, 5' visibility)
Even the flames on the shore seem muted, but though the fog the balls of lightning that Brennen saw earlier dart down to strike at the party. One passes harmlessly through Tink, a second strikes Brennen (4 damage), and two more seek out Vadania (7 damage) (Reflex save DC17 for half) The orbs to not dissipate after the attack, continuing to dart and flicker through the fog.

Brennen briefly conveys these speculations and deductions to Vadania as he dodges the ball lightning. Tink tries magic missile on the gem.

Through a brief break in the fog the group can see the ship listing around, concealing the storm-gem behind the bulk of the ship.
It also lashes out with another bolt of flame, this time at Tink, though the shot goes wide - it would seem that the elementals have some measure of intellect in their choice of targets and tactics, slowly but surely wearing away at the party.
Tag Vadania, Brennen, and Ylva
(The fire on the shore is burning away at the fog. More centrally the winds are blowing in circles whipping the fog around without dispersing it)

Vadania will convert Bull's Strength into a Magic Missile spell and send 4 magic missiles at the gem that had been pried out of the stone (storm gem?). She's using Magic Missiles because they never miss.

The turning ship has concealed the gem from Vadanias view - she can follow fast enough but in this fog risks losing track of Brennen and Tink if she does.
