Are you sure? Barbarain +2+ +3 druid, +0 wizard - your right. He'll get his second attack with his next level, unless he takes a PrC or another druid level.
For now though i've applied the critical hit you scored with your previous roll as his action this turn - so it's over to George and the newly unarmed Shamious.

The gargolye fighting Ka'lion doesn't follow up its heavy blow with another but instead changes tactics and attempts to grapple Ka'lion (AoO for Ka'lion as it doesn't have improved grapple)
The gargolye attacking George has little success against his armour and appears to be winding up for a more powerful attack, it is in considerably better shape than the one fighting Ka'lion.
[Tag Ka'lion for AoO - if he hits the grapple fails and Tag all, otherwise grapple will resolve first]

It depends on the map where the sword lands i know u said stairs.
i know it kinda odd request to map things like that but it helps me think if its worth George draws away the aoos from both
With him being at direct top of map directly flanking with ka'lion G1
That gives way for shamious going for the sword on said stairs. Yet that depends on if its feasble to even get to the sword.

Ka'lion withdraws from the fight and hands his dragon sword to Shamious and runs after his dropped sword. He'll grabe it and return to the fight as quickly as he can.

(the - -- -- -- -- - is the banister for the double staircase which starts at either edge of the room and then turns as it descends to meet in the middle - and then another short set of stairs continues down north, though Ka'lion has limited light to see by. The sword has tumbled most of the way down the stairs to where Ka'lion has reached it)Ka'lion passes his own weapon to Shamious as best he can - the other man already holding a tower shield and incapable of fighting effectively with such a large sword - before squeezing around the flailing gargoyle who nearly takes hit head off with a claw. The broad staircase gives him the space to avoid further attack without being bundled over as he finds the sword a short distance from where it flew past the gargoyle and disappeared through the railings.

Question can shamious and i trade weapons as only part of George's turn?
My plan is trade him my moringstar go pick up the large sword while drawing away the aoo if they have any left.
George would end up in spot ka'lion was just in and drop the sheild at his feet as free action and use action to pick up large sword.
I dont think after doing all that he could get an attack in but will if he can.
Then shamious will be rearmed and able to move without taking aoos and more away from G2 to be on the other side of George being as farthest from G2 as he can while still giving his ac bounes to george and still next to G1 to take a swing at it.
Let me know if that possible if not ill try to think out how else to do the turn.

You can hand your weapon to Shamious provoking an AoO from the gargoyle, then move and pick up the other weapon without provoking a second AoO as neither gargoyle has combat reflexes and G2 has already used his this round taking a swing at Ka'lion.
Both George and Shamious expend a move action (and in Georges case a free action) picking up/exchanging weapons. George then uses his other move action to move to Ka'lions old position.
That leaves Shamious with a Standard action - he can change positions or make an attack but not both in this round, though he still has a 5 foot step he can make.

Can't do anything about an attack of opertunity. Ka'lions doesn't leave his party unarmed and he's the fastest one in the party. If Shamious need's to drop his sheild to use the dragonsword that's what he needs to do. He can't defend himself without it.

Actually he can use towersheild and moringstar. Aoo is all fine on george so all in all our turns ened uo working out ok i just need to have Shamious move to other side of me away from G2.
Hence the idea of switching weapons witch we did. So now george will still have Ac 23 while weilding big sword. Shamious is now able to keep his towersheild and still have a +9 attack next round. So this worked out bit better then i expected.
So there two turns are now done.
I think its now monster turn.

Updated Positions - Is this how you want Shamious / George positioned ? (if not state how many squares each should be moved up/down/left/right

The gargoyles ignore Ka'lion as he moves down the stairs, one (G2) moving to follow Shamious leaving George pinned between them. It's attacks are deflected by the warriors shield but it's companion striking from the other side manages a lucky bite on Georges shoulder as he tries to fend them off (5 damage)
[Tag all - Ka'lion is now into his 4th round of rage IIRC?]

The final blow is enough to fell the gargoyle as it cracks apart and tumbles down the stairs around Ka'lions feet.
