Instead of trying to wriggle free of the ghoul's grab, this time Flerx puts her arms around the ghoul and attempts to stab the ghoul in the back. Attack 1 : PuSObZTcp_1-20+8 = 25 Attack 2: p_1-20+8 =11 Only one of the blades struck something important, but that was all it tookto get the ghoul to release her. Flerx then steps away from the now dead ghoul into the ashes of the fire pit, then she drops her swords and pulls out her short bow. Map (updates as positions change) 1-20�1-20 |

Stravanya moves through the edges of the large tree and slides around to cut off the retreat of her target ghoul, who she then dispatches with a final slash of her fullblade. OOC: There isn't any point in activating Stoneskin, since Harknail has already given you 7 temporary HP, and Stravanya hasn't been hit yet. But you can use your minor action to select your next oath target if you like  |

Taking a step back, further behind the construct (one square right) Barbatos focuses on weakening the remaining undead starting with the weakened looking one fighting with Harknail

Barbatos hits the ghoul, making it see things that aren't there, which in turn will make it less likely to hit a real target.

Harknail gets the +2 to next attack roll

Zem heels Flerx for healing search + 7(2 d6) + 4(Healers lore) + 2(Holy Healers Mace) + 1(Healers Broach) for a total of 14 over her healing surge value. This healed her almost completely (1 hp short of full).
Zem then speared the bloodied ghoul (#1) with a Lance of Faith, giving Harknail a bonus to hit that ghoul.

Harknail took advantage of Zem aiding him and used his Valorous Smite against the same ghoul (#1).
Attack: Z9|X7ifEp_1-20+10 =26
He hits, finishing off that ghoul and subjecting the other facing him (#2) to his divine sanction.1-20

The iron Cobra slithers between Flerx and the ghoul she just killed and stands ready to protect her for many other approaching ghouls (prepared action, attack any ghoul that gets within reach).

#2 shifts away from Harknail then charges the tastier looking Zem.
Attack: LnS2wdPwp_1-20+10 =29
It manages to get a claw through the knee joint on Zem's armor, the poison inflicting 16 points of damage end immobilizing Zem until he shakes it off.
#3 also charged through the branches to attack Zem.
Attack: p_1-20+10 =13
But this ghoul failed to find a weak point in Zem's armor.

(Does harknail get an aoo on number 2 running by him to get to zem ? Also i can't recall if the devine thing harknail has on that target does damage and the - to hits, or just - to hits its been long time since i played a 4th ed paladin.)

No, the ghoul was smart enough to shift away and then charge, so Harknail didn't get an Attack of Opportunity. However his Divine Sanction did do 5 points of damage to the ghoul. I remembered to record it, but forgot to mention it in the post.

( at : Keep them where they are i have close combat, still most my healing powers and plenty of hp/Ac. They are exactly where we want them right now. I scattered them with mine to divide there force. Tho makinging them hit less is always useful.) |

Finally got around to splitting Stravanya's potions with the group. Everyone should have two potions of healing now.
