( , ill try to take my turn tonight or tomorrow. But its going to be healing strike on the one Stravanya just hit quite bad target #3. And i do think we have a flanking on it For the first time in a long time if he hits he will use that healing on himself unless others need it more but from the looks of things theres not to many who needed it. As a bounes action i can healing word anyone. im very sure nobody is that bad off so ill save it but i could be wrong so its there to who needs it.)

Stravanya declares an oath on the closest ghoul, which she can barely see through the tree branches. She then begins advancing towards the ghoul, but finds the tree branches slow her down (only reaches G3). But then she uses her Deadly Stride power, which allows her to move through the branches and even the tree trunk with these to get into flanking position (does reach D4). Once in position, she strikes a heavy below with her full-blade, leaving the ghoul bloodied.

Flerx concentrates on the other ghoul (#2), declaring it as her query. She attempts to put 2 arrows into it using Cut and Run as she moves further away from the surviving ghouls (to H6). attack #1: FfewXTTMp_1-20+12=18 attack #2: p_1-20+12=19 Unfortunately Flerx misses with both arrows. 92dwflDxp_1-20+14 with Resurgent Sun attack on the bloodied one given the flanking on it wow ( i got a 2)=16 seeing the 19 misses i'm very sure mine did too. too bad there was not a 0 next to that 2 p_1-8p_1-8+6=19 damage. With his new mace in hand Zem wants to end this fight. Tho he was not use to the new gip and the new weight. As he swings it goes wide left into a tree branch. I'll take the healing surge + whatever extra healing that goes into that ( epic healbot for the win ) nm that would have only been on a hit. Bonus action healing word myself. 1-201-81-8

Waiting his moment Barbatos moves up alongside the beleaguered Zem (E7) and pushes the two ghouls back towards the melee fighters with a thunderwave, keeping the moonstride spell ready for any retaliation.
uXKl4CGBp_1-20+11 vs fort vs #3, push to C4 p_1-20+11 vs for vs #2, push to C6 p_1-6+7 damage
Bonus critical damage = p_1-6p_1-6 1-201-201-61-61-6

Resurgent Sun allows you to have yourself or an ally spending healing search even if the attack missus. So you don't need to use Healing Word on yourself, Resurgent Sun is enough to get you to full HP.
And yes, you did need to make a saving throw to end the Immobilized condition (which you did).

Barbatos's Thunderwave finished off the bloodied ghoul and bloodied the other ghoul while sending it back towards Harknail.

The Iron Cobra slithered up and tried to introduce the ghoul to a different kind of poison. Attack: 47UDVnrmp_1-20+11=29 (hit) The Iron Cobra finally managed to strike it's target and sink its fangs into the ghoul. The ghoul took 5 points of damage from the bite itself, and 5 points of ongoing damage from the injected poison.1-20

Harknail shifted to get flanking, which balanced out the cover provided by the foliage that the ghoul was standing in. Harknail issued a Divine Challenge to the ghoul, then try to hit it with a Holy Strike. Attack: pV0bFNvXp_1-20+11=13 (miss) But instead of striking the ghoul, Harknail's swing sunk deeply into a thick tree limb.1-20

The ghoul suffered 5 points of damage from the Iron Cobra venom running in its veins. Not being interested in either of the 2 opponents facing it, and unable to shift through the tree's foliage, the ghoul said "I hunger!" and tried to move towards Barbatos. But this gave both the Iron Cobra and Harknail another chance to strike at it as it moved away from them. Iron Cobra Attack: zHg|PYmrp_1-20+11=26 (hit) Harknail Attack: p_1-20+11=22 (hit) Both of the constructs hit the retreating ghoul, the Iron Cobra doing 9 points of damage, and Harknail doing another 9 points of damage. The ghoul collapsed, dead.

( well the last one did make the final stand. ) " Nicly done, flerx you did quite well and your iron cobra did quite well too and i hope your powered of your work cause i know i am. He gives her a hug. Stravanya nice run down like always and had the gouls fled i knew u could chase down the last one . But um Hark next time we push them away that far its ok to stay back with the rest of us and block their counter attack back into us. tho i knew when u took them on you would be ok, just know you have a second option too. Tho u being out there made them attack u and not the less armored ones. So i see your point in doing that too. Nice job on the last one he was difficult to the bitter end. Barbados thanks for that opening move you killed half the force in one go. Nomaly i would say everone get back to rest and ya that would would be good to get too, but since these are undead we need to do last rights and burn the bodies so they dont rise again. Well more so it helps prevent it per say. A powerful caster could just rise more. So we need to take the precautions anyway. Harknail and i can do that we just need tinder and a save spot to burn. So perhaps our rangers before you head to sleep could help pick a spot and have everone grab some tinder really fast. You don't need to be awake for the rest. Im asking help in this for i dont want to acodently catching the lovely trees on fire. After that we can keep same watches we had ( i think that was harknail and zem on watch) that way everyone can get thier sleep in."

Barbatos brushes himself down, a thunderwave or two should clear away a space for a fire.
"Are there any settlements in that direction?" he asks, motioning in the direction that the ghouls came from. Returning to his pack he sets off a light spell and unfurls his magical map.

Zem's passive Religion check tells him that he doesn't need to worry about ghouls coming back to life. They aren't one of the undead that keep coming back after you destroy them. A humanoid that practiced cannibalism is likely to become a ghoul after it dies. But once destroyed is a ghoul, it stays dead. A necromancer could raise them if you don't destroy the bodies, but they would just be zombies or skeletons, same as any other humanoid body raised by a necromancer. And there have been no signs of a necromancer in the area. A ritual to create ghouls does exist, but it requires living victims. I expect you will still want to do something with the bodies, but it is not necessary to burn them. As for nearby settlements, settlements are few and far between in this area. There are none showing on the magic map, which only shows things 10 miles out. Also, I show the Map of Unseen Lands as being carried by Zem rather than Barbatos, although I am sure that Zem would let Barbatos look at

( actually i think mostlikly by this point zem just let Barbados have it on extended lone. A) because Barbados was always better at " book work". B) Zem never really like using maps unless he was lost. Ever since meeting the party they have way better sence of direction and survival skills. I just did not know how to take it out of my inventory and have him have it.
If the party ever did devide and go different ways then it would be only thing he would have to keep him from getting too lost. For now he has the party to keep him from getting lost.)

Activating the map to refresh itself shows not much of interest within 10 miles. There are no villages or large structures showing on the map, just a bridge crossing a river. The only thing of significance being shown as a lair of Ambush Drakes in the direction they are heading.

" Lets try to advoid those best we can but the closer we get, we can be more alert just incase they travel far from the lair. I'll get to burying the bodies we dont need to burn them. I just kinda forgot there ones that dont have to be burned, yet some undead really do need to be. Possible its just out of old habbit and inserance. Those things never stood a chance. If there is a necromancer out here well they will have vengeance aimed right at them for defiling the dead, for now we can't worry about that."
Zem then gets to work on burying all the bodies. One big grave.
