(All three hit so that's 37 damage, bringing me to 65/102 HP.)
As the strange creature climbs from the hole and attacks Varis, he grits his teeth in anger. It had been some time since anything had been able to to cause him such harm in so short a time. This beast deserved a sharper retaliation. Drawing his blade with both hands, Varis strikes out hoping to clear out some threats as quickly as possible.
(I go into a rage and then attack twice. I saw Al moved in to flank with me, which would counter my disadvantage. If I read wrong, then I'll recklessly attack to counter it instead)

I am acting on the assumption that the squares are ten feet.
Wind will speak some arcane words and raise his fists to the air as he casts conjure animals. Eight giant bats appear out of nowhere in the spaces surrounding Sven and myself. Two each in F3, F4, G3, and G4. (Flappy is hanging out on the ceiling.)
Bats’ initiative. bQVRRyiVp_1-20+3=23.
As a bonus action, I roar and enact my Bear Spirit in square F3. Every one of my allies within 30 feet gets 13 temporary HP.
Each bat has 43 HP. 22+8(2/bat hit die for mighty summoner)+13 (bear spirit temp HP).
