Thursagan feels a little dizzy from the disease, but he will never admit it. He will search for anything that looks like an antidote.

Seeing how wobbly Thursagan looks, Zyn can tell he's been Filthed. Zynthis tells Thursagan "Let's go get the human cleric and I believe the two of us together will be able to heal everyone afflicted with this filthy disease." Zynthis will quickly move back to the other room and help the human to get back to the mirror room.

This foul disease takes much time to run it's course. We still have a boat crew to save.

I don't remember that part, can you refresh my memory? What does Zynthis know about it?Zynthis doesn't know about it, since he came in later (as did most of the group). He also doesn't know about the tied up goblin survivor that had been left behind. So suggesting that they stay in the dungeon until they heal is a reasonable thing for Zynthis to suggest. Though the previous room would be more comfortable for an extended stay (it has furniture). Short synopsys: Doran, Gabe and Sanem arrived by boat, which ran against rocks. This freed Harknail (these four were coming over from another game), who climbed aboard thought the hole. They met Bharash, the only surviver of the original group, chasing goblins who had made off with the magic mirror. Soon afterward they were joined by Howy (another original character with a new player) and Thursagan (new member). This is about when Sanem got a new player as well. Then the group found Laira, who had entered by another route but had been abandoned and stranded by her former party. Doran told a goblin to surrender in that fight, and it did (it was already in full panic mode). The group tied it up, questioned it, and moved on. Sanem left at this point because he was out of arrows (and the player had stopped responding) Heading further in they found the captive Zynthis, who'd been there a few days waiting for an opportunity to leave. Howy got injured in that fight (because the player changed characters). Then the group finally finished off the last of the goblins (as far as they know) and found the magic mirror. Sanem will be rejoining the group soon (with a new player). He'll be different in that he's a different Elven Ranger with the same name who's also an archer. He'll also have a bird companion (who apparently flew away during the shipwreck but will find him again).

Does it have something to do with reinstating the lighthouse mirror so the boat won't crash into the rocks?

They've probably been waiting for some kind of rescue for quite a while."

Wasn't there someone else with the Goblins? Someone that led the raid on the mirror?

Wasn't there someone else with the Goblins? Someone that led the raid on the mirror? If so, I missed it when I took over. Assume that it was just goblins.

When everyone is done checking out this area, Zynthis heads back to where the human cleric was and uses his Healing Words to restore everyone's health, assuming everyone agrees to this.

Doran, Harknail, and Thursagan are the only ones down more than a few HP. Doran is out of healing surges and thus can't be Healed, both Harknail and Thursagan have enough surges to heal completely with a 5 minute rest, or they can wait and let Howy heal them using fewer surges. Is there anything else that anyone wants to do here?

Is there anything else that anyone wants to do here? We should check what is beyond the open part on the southwest. What can we see without leaving the room? Thursagan will let the clerics heal him, they are professionals after all Are we close to level up? At that point I would like to make a minor change (hammer to pinning waraxe) on top of retraining, and keep the character.

I think the only leader we encountered was the goblin who raised the undead who we have already met and destroyed
"We should return this mirror to its place atop the lighthouse so no more ships might crash. Lets go back the way we came though so we can check on the ship you arrived on." Bharash suggests.
"I dare say that sailors are better at saving themselves then I will be though. Hopefully Winterhavens citizens have rallied to their aid by now."

Thursagan will let the clerics heal him, they are professionals after all At the south end of the room is a fissure 20 feet deep. It looks like the room intersected a natural opening when it was built. Looking along the length of the fissure, you don't see anything interesting in the first 100 feet (the range of a sunrod to illuminate). With the ropes that most characters are carrying, it would be easy to safely climb down into the fissure if someone wanted to explore further.

Doran: "Well, we should probably get the mirror back to the lighthouse. Maybe there are enough boats in the harbor to rescue the sailors."

Gabe nods, "I agree, our first responsibility should be to save those in need. If there are other creatures in here maybe we will be lucky enough to encounter them on the way out or they will follow us and we can deal with them outdoors."

Zynthis nods in agreement. "Lighthouse it is."
