The Thuderwave cracked the ice over a wide area, but the Eldritch Blast bounced off a large chunk leaving only a small mark. Even though one spell didn't do much, it's obvious that magic can clear this ice in short order.
It has a low AC, but a 1 always misses. Where do you want your character to be while the doors are being cleared? We're out of combat so you don't have to worry about movement rates, just list where you want to be while the spellcasters are blasting the door (and where you want the goblins to be if you care).
And yes, it is time to send attack and damage rolls. Be sure to mention what defense your power is attacking so that I don't have to look it up.

Won't it be awesome if all these statues animate into minions and attack us?
Bharash agress with the other magic users. He will happily make scorching bursts of fire infront of the door for a while to see if it melts at least some of the ice away.
He will make his way around the demonic statues in the same direction as the others (to the right) but not ending his move adjacent to a statue. Spamming scorching bursts at the ice in front of the doors as he goes unless he is either asked to stop by someone else or it seems like it is detrimental to do so.

Fire spells seem especially potent against the wall of ice, melting more than would be expected. The ice barrier has been thinned significantly.
The ice is now "bloodied"

The second scorching blast finishes the job of clearing the door, incidentally also freeing some of the carvings that make up the tower wall.

Might as well send in an initiative roll to be used for the next combat (whenever that is). Harknail, Sart, and the Hexer will go where directed by anyone else. If not directed elsewhere, Harknail will be at J15 (to backup whoever is opening the door), Sart will be hiding behind one of the statues at D22 and the Hexer will stay where his is (at K22) and watch dejectedly as the group destroys even more of the glorious future he had planned.

Sanem will send Persephone to fly around the tower and warn us of any external threats, while examining the scene for anything the others may have failed to notice. Perception rolls: Sanem Persephone Initiative Sanem will stay where he is, Persephone is very high up (20 squares, and circling the tower.) Gabe will move to try and fine a place in the second row allowing him reach on anything attacking the front line. Preferably behind Thursagan.
