Sanem commands Persephone to rescue Sart (move and Standard). With Sanem's guidance, Persephone was able to pull Sart ashore right next to Sanem.

Orsik, not standing next to the enemies this time decides to use his more powerful spell to help finish off the creatures. Holding out his hands, fingers extended he unleashes tendrils of icy death towards his foes. The kobolds with pike and spear avoid one source of chilling cold only to be hit by another. But both of those kobolds survived, it was the dagger holding pot tossing kobold (#6) across the stream that succumbed to the deadly cold. All three hit, #6 is dead

Thursagan has low light vision, are there penalties here out of the light range? Does he need a perception check to see his way around the corner?f it hits, he pushes the kobold to the river at G4 and shifts to G3. Does the kobold get a saving to avoid the fall? There are some questions on the post, please let me know if anything doesn't work out, or is there any options that I haven't foresee. Thursagan could indeed reach the green kobold with either a double move or a move and charge. The problem is that outside of the yellow squares there is no light, so only creatures with dark vision (like kobolds) can see. Activating a sunrod is only a minor action (minor draw, free drop). Unfortunately Thursagan is one of the few characters who does not have an adventurer's kit with its included sunrods. I suggest Thursagan ask for help in getting that upper tunnel lit.
To answer the second question, yes, the kobold would get a saving throw to avoid being pushed off the bridge. Making the save would leave him prone instead.

How about Laira Elereth and Thursagan run up to kobold at the same time? Then Thursagan attacks and marks it, followed by Laira?

Interesting note: monster kobolds have darkvission, but PC kobolds have normal vision, according to the MM.

Balance strikes again! When you become a hero the other kobolds usually gouge your eyes out, and if they don't the first town you run across' militia does.

Odd since they let drow keep darkvision.

Drow pretty much only get darkvision as their racial feature. Darkvision is pretty strong to have as a PC, there is only 1 way to get it as a non-drow before Paragon tier and that requires you to be a Shadar-Kai Assassin and to take a feat. Then at paragon tier a small group of paragon paths grant it, and a small group of feats (assassin feats at that) and finally by Epic darkvision is easy to come by. Kobold PCs are already pretty rockin' with Shifty - I can see why they got, for balance reasons, darkvision taken away.

Well, allowing it as a feat for PC kobolds would be nice, but, as far as I can tell, they aren't officially a PC race yet.

I wanted to do a Tide of Iron so the kobold could potential end up in the stream and float down towards the group, even if that cost me an action point. It is more cinematic

It is more cinematic Since it will be a while before I'm caught up with work, do you want Thursagan to charge and then Tide of Iron? If so, post Charge attack rolls. If I don't see them by the time I have have time to respond in detail, I'll assume you don't want to charge.
P.S. I agree, this is a great use of Tide of Iron

You could use "Bull Rush" instead of a charge attack, and with your tide of iron have two shots of pushing him in the water.

The problem with the charge is that it ends my turn, so I cannot use the tide of iron. I am fine the way it is posted, even if it is one action point spend: it looks a good price to pay for a good scene

An action point allows you to take an action after a charge:
Charge
You throw yourself into the fight, dashing forward and launching an attack.
CHARGE: STANDARD ACTION
Move and Attack: Move your speed as part of the charge and make a melee basic attack or a bull rush at the end of your move.
+1 Bonus to the Attack Roll: You gain a +1 bonus to the attack roll of your basic attack or bull rush.
Movement Requirements: You must move at least 2 squares from your starting position, and you must move directly to the nearest square from which you can attack the enemy. You can’t charge if the nearest square is occupied. Moving over difficult terrain costs extra squares of movement as normal.
Provoke Opportunity Attacks: If you leave a square adjacent to an enemy, that enemy can make an opportunity attack against you.
No Further Actions: After you resolve a charge attack, you can’t take any further actions this turn, unless you spend an action point to take an extra action.

Laira Elereth answers, "He's going to alert the camp.", turns into mist, flows to E8, runs to F3, curses the green kobold and then blasts him with witchfire (provoking an attack of opportunity from both kobold red 7 and green 8 this turn). When Laira reformed next to a kobold (#7), the surprised kobold quickly drew a dagger and tried stabbing Laira as she ran away, but his dagger simply glanced off of Laira's armor. The green kobold (#8) spun around and try to impale Laira with his spear as she was casting witchfire upon him. The spear missed but the witchfire did not. The green kobold was still alive but very badly singed (bloodied).

Thursagan didn't understood what the kobold said, but his battle instinct tells him that the fleeing kobold is going to bring trouble if not stopped. Ignoring his current target (that may be dead depending on Orsik attack), he double moves all the way to F2 (I think that he can make it with 10 squares, provoking only from 6, right), and then spend an action point attacking 8 with a tide of iron, trying to push him to the water: The doughy dwarf raced after the fleeing kobold (#8), and when Thursagan caught up with the kobold, he continued to advance, an unstoppable tide of iron. The crushed and burned body of the kobold fell into the stream. The green kobold is dead, so Laira gets another teleport. I'm leaving this body on the map because it is still moving
