The shape of the symbol itself no, but the mark is engraved upon its surface.

"What do you know of the god the simple seems to be looking for?" asks Ka'lion

Vadania comments, "We've seen the mark engraved in that symbol in a cave about half a day away from here. But I don't think there's anything left of value there. Also there is a wolf living in the outer chamber of that cave."

"Tink is the ogre down there alive or dead? I'd like to try to hire him if he's still alive." calls down Ka'lion

"You must have triggered some kind of alarm spell there, i've heard of things like this used by wizards."
Noting the groups condition, "you look a little beat up, are you ok?"
(Tink confirms the ogre is dead - he got pretty well blasted that last turn)

"Hey," says Brennen, teleporting back to the bridge and looking a little ragged. "I could use some patching up."

Emily makes a few motions with her free hand, clutches the holy symbol around her neck, and then Brennen (healing, 10 points).
There is no verbal invocation but the somatic gestures are much the same as he is used to. While the techniques differ the end result is a familiar if understated conjuration spell.
(All of the party members have likely seen a spell cast silently at one time or another)

"Nice trick. My grandmother always said silent spell should be taught to babies. Their vocal cords are just not ready to spell craft otherwise. How old where you when you learned it? Cure light wounds. Cast Kalion on Brenan, then on Vedanta. He's out of cure light wounds for the day. He still has create water, cure minor wounds and read magic and a few more speak with animals. "Thank you," said Vadania. She introduces the group, "I'm Vadania, this is Ylva, this is Ka'lion, this is Brennen, and...". Vadania looks around for Tink, and notices that she's struggling with the body of the ogre. "Excuse me, looks like our leader needs some help."
Vadania will shape shift into a crocodile (restoring 7 HP in the process) and slither into the stream. As a crocodile, she can't remove the belt without destroying it. But she might be strong enough to shift the ogre to the shallows where the belt is more accessible. Hopefully the ogre is a bit buoyant, which will help with moving his body.
OOC: I think I've asked this before, but I forgot the answer. Does Vadania still glow when using wild shape?
Strength check: HjBCU2ZNp_1-20+4=21
Edit: Reminder, both Vadania and Ka'lion will be recovering 11 HP over time from the Wand of Vigor. She hadn't gotten to Brennen and Ylva yet.1-20

Vadania is able to drag the ogre to the edge of the river, preventing it from drifting further downstream.
Emily notes, "perhaps it would be safer inside?"

Tink will detect for magic on the ogre to make sure we find any and all of its magic items when we loot it. Brennen will identify the magic items.
Tink will also detect evil and detect magic on Emily.

The armoured ogres belt is one of healing, though it appears it can only be used once. Brennen expects its power to return at some point in the future. (torso, 5lbs, 4d8 points of healing as a move action 1/day)
Emily does not register on Tinks detect evil spell but is surrounded by a number of magical auras, both ongoing spells and items. Tink detects a faint transmutation around her shoulders, the divination magic of the item she holds, and faint evocation from her gloves. A more powerful transmutation spell protects her from physical harm, not an uncommon thing to see amongst priests, and a second takes the form of a plain copper band around her head that also radiates transmutation magic.

Ka'lion carefully loots the barbarian ogre while he continues to seach for the ogre mage. What does he find?

Weapons too large to wield, food he's not sure is safe to eat, and trinkets, metals, stones, and coins from many sources that Ka'lion would guess are worth a few hundred gold all told.
The ogre also carries a half full wineskin, definitely not filled with water.

Ka'lion collects the weapons and anything else of value figuring he can sell the weapons for metal to a weapon smith or to a wizard building traps into their homes. He adds it to his horses gear knowing we are going to need to sell it soon.

Also someone should get the magic healing belt
Vadania will change back to human (gaining another 7 HP). "If nothing else, we'd want to see what the ogres had inside." agrees Vadania.

"Did you loot the fighter ogre Vedanta? We'll sell what we can't use. I'll take a look around the mill." says Ka'lion leading his horse over to the buildings.

Besides the belt, Vadania will check for anything else valuable on the fighter ogre. Though she won't be taking oversized weapons and armor.

Emily follows Ka'lion inside, still watching for the ogre. The mill appears to still be abandoned after the earlier attack and has been looted at some point since then, there are signs that the ogres were using the kitchen for shelter and they have partially demolished one of the interior doorways.
Ka'lion finds that the second ogre carries a similar amount of wealth to the first and also several smaller human-sized weapons of varying quality, perhaps trophies.
