After crossing the stream, the group advances cautiously, spread out as much as they can while still staying close enough to support each other. Harknail lights the way with his brightly glowing shield. The group reaches the edge of another chamber, with a pit below them and an other passage to their left (right on the map). The chamber is larger than can be lit by Harknail's shield. But a shimmering of light reflecting from shiny scales and the smell of ozone in the air let the group know that they had found Mornontormarux himself. Rolled initiative for everyone, the dragon rolled very low. All the characters get to go in the first round. The dragon is not surprised, just too self confident to worry.

It's not that I'm impatient, but Harknail rolled highest on inititive, so he gets to go in and light up the battle field.
Seeing the dragon, Harknail advances to one side of it, issues a Divine Challenge, then opens with an Arc of Vengeance. Attack: I4168ofQp_1-20+9=crit Damage = 20+p_1-6=231-201-6

Barbatos moves to the position vacated by Harknail, using the edge of the entrance for cover and creating a poisonous cloud around the dragon. He readies his diamond bracers should the dragon use its breath weapon.
Stinking cloud vwibQCbBp_1-20+9 vs Fort p_1-10+5 =6 poison damage, and 6 ongoing damage at the start of the dragons turn. Positioned at the back end of the dragon as to not obscure it from the party (filling the blue outlined area behind the dragon) 1-201-10

Map updated to show the poison cloud, let me know if I didn't get it in the right spot.
It looks to me that you do 7 damage this round, 1 from the dice, +5 from intelligence modifier, and +1 enhancement bonus. At the beginning of each round that they Dragon is in the poison cloud it will take 10 damage, not 6. I see it as 5+ intelligence modifier. The enhancement bonus doesn't help here because it's a dice roll bonus and there are no dice involved for the ongoing damage.
The Dragon gets a snoot full of the choking yellow mist, and coughs. Fortunately the lightning that the dragon coughed didn't hit anybody.

Stravanya strikes a blow that would be crippling to a lesser foe, but this is a Dragon! Still it does appear that Stravanya was able to annoy him.

Bennegar moves up, then tosses Lizzy the Longsword at the Dragon. The hungry spear pins the Dragon to the ground, although how long a small shard of living crystal can hold a large Dragon is anyone's guess.

Zem hits Mornontormarux with Sacred Flame, charging Stravanya at the same time as he damages the dragon.
I gave the temp HP to Stravanya because she's likely to do the most damage to the dragon, making her it's primary target. Also Harknail can give himself temp HP. Bennegar was a candidate, since he's not at full hp, but he's also an NPC at this point.

Mornontormarux coughs, pinned inside the stinking cloud the dragon continues to be affected by it's foul vapors (and takes 10 HP damage).
But pinned or not dragons are still dangerous foes. Mornontormarux breathes lightning at the targets that annoyed him the most, Harknail, Stravanya and Bennegar Harknail: xhtHsj|Bp_1-20+11=17 vs reflex Stravanya: p_1-20+11=21 vs reflex Bennegar: p_1-20+11=25 vs reflex Damage: p_1-8 p_1-8 p_1-8+8=17

After breathing lightning Mornontormarux breaks free from Sally the sword and shakes off the damaging condition that Harknail had imposed.

Barbatos sustains his poisoned cloud and attempts to distract the dragon with a psychic attack, though the blast of lightning distracts him long enough to make a mess of his spell has he ducks behind the cave wall.
