Typing Command-plus will increase the text size of any web site. The command key is the key with a clover leaf symbol to either side of the space bar.

( i was more or less waiting on where or not we had clear shots to the evil caster and that never got cleared up due to other spell questions. My understanding is Turn undead as worded in phb actually could have destroyed most of them not just turned them The party have a shot at the caster as he withdraws - he is obscured by the zombies but still a valid target. As the zombies ascend the stairs and turn left and right to reach the second floor the group will lose sight unless they pursue. George will be aware that evil (and some neutral) clerics can bolster undead making them difficult to turn, and less likely to be destroyed when they are. There are also simple spells that necromancers and other casters can perform to strengthen the dead. GM: is their some way to increase the writing size on site? I'm having eye sergery on monday and I've been told my eyes will be getting worse for a year before they get better. I have created a new board theme for you - Go to profile (top menu) Select the 'edit profile' button on the right Choose the 'settings' tab from that page Scroll down to forum theme and select large text Hit the save button at the bottom and then go back to the forum home page - the text should change automatically. If it's too large I can scale it back a bit.

One shot goes wide in the darkness, the other flies straight but elicits no obvious reaction from the shadowy figure. From it's ethereal appearance George would guess that it's not simply a man but that the retreating zombies are carrying it along he would also assume that it is somewhat solid and therefore vulnerable to attack.

Ka'lion can't hit his. Ka'lion uses a strentgh bow and he's tp weak to use it. You can still use it, at a -2 penalty to hit. First it's Georges action though as his movements and actions will determine how the zombies continue to flee from him up the stairs.[/font]

Georges summon (type to be chosen - it also gets an action) appears blocking one of the two smaller staircases that the main staircase splits into as it ascends, allowing the priest to force the zombies to continue up either towards or away from the golem on the floor above where the stairs both come out into the same wide hallway.
For their part the zombies continue to withdraw, a thick mist forming around them and obscuring sight of the staircase, no doubt the work of the caster.
[Tag George for summon choice and then Tag George/Shamious for next action - Ka'lion is summoning his wolf this round]

George can summon a black bear, bison, dire badger or an small elamental ( I suggest air as it can dispel the obsuring mist the spellcaster just cast or just giant fire beatles (1d4+1) or giant bomardier beatles (1d3) but considering our weakened state we can use some help. You can summon evil creatures but it is an evil act.

Black bear and it will try to claw the shadow caster as well. I dont have stats cause i cant find my monster manual.
So ill need others to do rolls for it.
Shamious will move up and keep taking pot shots at the shadow caster as he can. Tho im not sure how many he gets for moving because i know rapid shot gives him two and has rapid reload takes a move action to do so rather then full.
So i think he gets one shot unless i made a mistake someplace?

The black bear can attack this round, after which George and Shamious lose sight of the caster and zombies in the magical fog though the bear may continue to attack.
Firing into the fog is total concealment - you can't pick out a specific target unless you can detect it without sight but you can fire at the sound of movement.

It's a good thing both wolves and bears have the scent ability - they don't need to see the target. Fog defence should have little effect on them.

It's a good thing both wolves and bears have the scent ability - they don't need to see the target. Fog defence should have little effect on them. (Fog cloud also doesn't grant total concealment form melee - only ranged attacks. Things like turn undead and other area attacks also work through it in this confined area.)
