So the two or 3 party members I have in the front are Kizthe H, Katril and Fiseath as forward stealth team.
Kizthe H has used disguise self that she has to look like a Red Army Guard however the party would be altered to the fact she has done so in order to not take friendly fire. To not confuse me on map she is going to look like her actual icon.
If seen, she has told them she does know the language so she can try to sell they are escorting the prisoners back to their holding cell in the worst case.
Her rolls are
Perception +11 NmmyEk7Gp_1-20 = 18 Stealth +8 p_1-20 = 17 Performance to act like a guard should walk/ conduct themselves to sell the act if needed +6 p_1-20 = 11.
Investigation +7 p_1-20= 22
The rest of the forword team I need Perception,Stealth rolls please.

Looks like Fiseath is focused on seeing things while Katril is focusing on not being seen. But neither did badly at either task. :-)

Callo sends her familiar invisibly ahead with the scouting party, so that the rest might know if and when they get into trouble.

Being stealthy a small band of the party peak out. ( all beat their passive perceptions ) They see two Red Dragon Dragonborn in Chain Shirts and armed with a Halberd, short sword and short bows. Both are standing in front of a double Iron Door. Claw feet can be heard scraping down the halls likely doing their guard inspections/ rotations of the inmates the count was 16. Soon One of the two guards walks around the southern corner and proceeds down the southern corridor. Not to long after that only 9 guards remain, yet stretched out over this section of jail area. There is no sign of reinforcements nor that they have caught onto any intruders at this time. A plack in both dwarven and Draconic reads : Main security for General population just above the iron doors.

How far apart are the guards? Are they in sight of each other?

Nevemind, info is on map. Time to retreat and discuss with others how we're going to do this.

Fiseath: "Well, we can either attempt some trickery, or charge in. We should make sure of our goals so that we do not forget anything."

Arianna: "well if we are going in blaze of glory style. I would like to give you three some protection before we head in" looking at Fiseath, Katril, and Kizthe "just in case we are not in reach of each other"

Katril: "Any suggestions as to the best way to take a guard out quickly and quietly? Run up and beat on him? Try to take him out with arrows and hope he doesn't survive long enough to shout? Anyone here really good enough for church to put an arrow into his throat?"

Kizthe: " So somehow my bow after delivering the fatal shot in the vault, somehow is better at slaying Dragons and their kin not sure exactly how that kind of magic works per say.
The true gamble here is Dragonborn of the Red Army soldiers are quite harty. Even more so the higher rank they are. So even the foot solider such as that one is not going to be too easy to take out but still doable.
I know I could get one shot off perhaps two. Not trying to brag but yes im quite a good shot especially if they don't know where im shooting from yet to get it into his neck just above the armor is not exactly easy.
Yet even well placed might not be enough. You might not know but Dragonborn have glands that let them breath fire, acid and the like. If i accidently hit that gland it would most likly rupture and have them spitting fire without controll of it. So in the neck could be a tad bit risky if I hit the wrong spot.
However if both of our monks rushed him as my impacts go into the gaurd. They won't know what hit them.
At that point most likly would have no time to raise the alarm.
Also My immovable rod could seal off one set of doors just long enough to get the body up or hidden.
My disguise self right now might be enough for me to hold poistion outside the door just in case you need me to do so
Then we will need to deal with body right outside the doorway would be an issue.
So I do know something called rope trick. It a hiddy place you can store things much like say slain gaurds for example.
The thing is tho, its not exactly mobile yet it can hold up to 8 individuals up to an hr.
Varis : I also have a javlin to add into the mix just in case to the taking out the gaurd as well from our hole in the wall. My aim with them is not bad but not pinpoint. I could also when ready carry the body back in here to hide it.
Omar: I have a bless spell all ready for any of our attackers so need not worry on that issue per say but we should both carry it. For not that either of us is week but that body weight does not look fun to carry alone.
Omar to Arianna : That is quite a boon that you are able to enchant them so. I am very impressed and grateful your able to do so.
Kizthe: Yes Arianna thank you. The extra protection you have given us helps quite a bit and we hope the gaurds remain unaware to our presence. yet they will absolutely try to kill us for well what we are about to do.
So once we off them we can store them in the rope trick or back in here.
One more option i can think of because its invisable to those passing under it :
We could also use it as a place to strike from as the gaurds pass underneath us for we can see out of it, just not able to cast spells out or into it nor attacks but you can lean out to do so.
Essentially its great utility spell, up to the team in best way use it if we want to do so.

Arianna looks to others. "Sorry I am not strong enough to cast the spell on everyone yet... but I will do my best to make sure to keep you up"
Arianna to Omar "I do not have bless prepared so I hope you can help most of them in that regard if needed, but I do have my healing at the ready"
Arianna to everyone " I will help fight but I am better at a distance unless you need healing, but I am not afraid to swing my weapon and get into the fray if needed"
Arianna smiles to them "let's kick some ass shall we"

So if this is the course of action of the team and there seams to be over all agreement, ill assume everyone gets into the nessesary readying positions.
The rouge will roll attack rolls with advantage for her shots.
Sneak attack will only apply once but the extra 3d6 dmg to dragons does apply to both shots given its wording. Normaly it can only be on melee weapons but as dm i saw no logical reason it can't be on a bow/ranged weapon if thats what was the slaying blow to the dragon. Wyvern or similar would not suffice in making a dragon slayer, but can be done the extra dmg to them from a dragon slayer.
I will make said rolls in next post.

+2 Dragonslaying longbow : + 12 1d8+6 + 3d6 for Dragonslaying
she moved 10 feet so second shot at +2 Dragonslaying longbow : + 12 does 1d8+6 + 3d6 Dragonslaying
uQTBadVNp_1-20 has advantage p_1-20 also she is blessed by Omar so p_1-4 +12= 23 hits
p_1-20 has advantage p_1-20 also she is blessed by Omar so p_1-4 +12= 32! hits
attack #1 p_1-8+6+ DS p_1-6p_1-6p_1-6= 20
attack #2 p_1-8+6+DS p_1-6p_1-6p_1-6= 14
sneak attack p_1-6p_1-6p_1-6= 8
22+20= 42 + extra 1d8 from Dread ambusher p_1-8so 43 total.
Both arrows let loose into her unexpecting target. Both hitting and the second shot was enough to slay her target. However its' halberd was not held onto as its starts to head towards the ground. The team knew it would make quite a clattering if the head was hit the stone floor.
( Someone can try to try and catch it before it clatters to the ground. I will allow either acrobatics or athletics in this instance. )1-201-201-41-201-201-41-81-61-61-61-81-61-61-61-61-61-61-8

Katril dashes to catch the falling halberd before it hits the ground. She's incredibly fast with a base movement more than double the normal person (65 feet). Acrobatics: oF13E3X6p_1-20+9=151-20
