Tag Doran (if he wants to use a free action to tell others about the surrendered goblin), Bharash, Sanem, and Harknail.
I'm pausing a bit before Harknail rushes up and kills Green 3 to give Doran a chance to keep one alive.

I'm pausing a bit before Harknail rushes up and kills Green 3 to give Doran a chance to keep one alive. Goblin-"Throw down your weapon." Common-"The female is surrendering." (Mostly to Harknail and Gabe. Doran is more used to seeing people decide on surrender before hostilities begin, though the only part he has ever had in it was standing around and looking dangerous).

Hearing that the goblin in front of him is surrendering, Harknail goes after the female goblin that is attempting to flee. He moves to the door and opens it, revealing a surprised goblin who was just about to bar the door. Harknail attacks her (Purple 5) with a Piercing Smite. [dice=20] | +6=18 | [dice=8][dice=8] | +3=14 |
The blow hits true and smites her before she can spread word and alert others (reduced to exactly 0 hp The other goblin showed her sincerity in surrendering by declining to attack when given an opportunity to do so (AOO from Harknail moving past her), she is also still divinely challenged. The surrendered goblin (Green 3) squeaked incoherently when the large construct charged up to her and again when it slew the goblin that had abandoned her to her fate. Realizing that she was still holding her sword, she dropped it. OOC: Normally it takes a standard action and an Intimidate vs. Will roll vs. a bloodied enemy to get them to surrender. That's why none of the other goblins surrendered. The minion surrendered because it had already given up, tried to flee, and been unable to do so.[rand=58380372147075833664496480487287796870603458955921976872812956572]

The one at 0 hp is unconscious and alive, right? So we actually captured two of them.

The one at 0 hp is unconscious and alive, right? So we actually captured two of them. Monsters die at 0 hit points unless you specifically want to keep them alive. The character who delivers the final blow (that brings HP to 0 or less) decides if the target is dead (default) or simply unconscious. In this case, we had one captive, so Harknail killed the one trying to get away. If you want to keep your target alive, note that in the attack roll info.

We have, what, two archers and one solder goblin left that haven't surrendered? Who hasn't gone yet this round? Or are we out of combat?

Glad he learned how to defend himself with his staff Bharash was still disturbed that he was having stuff thrown and fired at him. He moves to Q12 to shelter from two of the goblins and fires a ray of frost at the nearest one on the ledge (red 4) Ray of Frost on r4 [dice=20] +4=6 vs fort [dice=6] +4=7 cold damage and slowed Another useless attack [rand=046289324582397044999218628653354637328937770735957275079766027958]

The goblin who had surrendered (Green 3) just sits down on the ground and cries. The others are more aggressive. The goblin on the platform (Blue 2) moves to the other edge of the platform (to M15) and launches a javelin at Laira. The javelin hits (for 7 damage) misses. The nearly dead goblin on the ledge continues to attack, sending a small crossbow bolt at Gabe. The bolt hits (for 8 damage) misses. The other goblin launches a long shot (-2 to hit) against Howahkan. This bolt also hits (for 5 damage). The goblin then leaves the cover of the statue and starts dashing across the floor (to F17) Map: Status: Bharash: 25 of 26 HP Doran: 23 of 30 HP Gabe: 21 of 22 HP Harknail: 31+6 of 31 HP Howahkan: 17 of 22 HP Laira: 26 of 26 HP Sanem: 19+3 of 24 HP Thursagan: 31+3 of 31 Blue 2: near death, was -5 to attacks (oops, missed Laira will go back and edit) Red 3: injured Red 4: near death, had fighter mark (oops, he would have missed too) Tag all Edited to show misses due to minuses to goblins attacks

Howahkan moves to L9. Minor action to retrieve some rope. Standard action to tie hands of Green 3. (Tying behind her back) Howy will do this as kindly as possible trying not to upset her any more than she already is.

I would like Thursagan to climb the ledge, can he do that as part of a move action? What would be the difficulty to beat? By the way, that goblin was marked, does it still hit Gabe with the -2?

It would be a DC 15 Athletics check and take 4 squares of movement to climb to the ledge. A failed roll would stop your movement. Failing by 5 means a fall. Since fall damage starts at 10 feet, in this case a fall would just mean that your character is prone.
Yes, I've edited the post above to make two of the hits into misses (I was in a rush and forgot that it was the same post as the status).

Thursagan will move to U10 and try to climb his way to V9 ( good thing he has a hand free) Athletics: He can barely make it to the ledge, but not that he is there he unsheathes his craghammer (minor) and tries a tide of iron with the goblin: Attack: If it hits and he is still alive, Thursagan will push it to W12, and keep the mark Status: Thursagan's Combat Status Health: HP 31(+3)/31 - Surges 7/12 - Action Points 1/1 Encounter Powers: Passing attack 1/1 - Second wind 1/1 Daily Powers: Villian's menace 1/1
Thursagan's "group bonuses" When Thursagan marks and engages a target, that target will normally stay in place and focus on him

Just a note that pushing must always be away from the character. The goblin could have been pushed from W9 to X10 but not to W10. But it could have been pushed from X10 to W11 and then to W12.

Doran will use Deft Strike to move to H17 I can't see how Doran gets to H17 without giving Blue 2 an attack of opportunity. If you can give me a safe path I missed, I'll edit out the attack below. The goblin warrior (Blue 2) hit with a spear (AC24, 8 damage), leaving Doran bloodied. He still made it off the ledge, but the injury threw off his aim just a bit and he missed hitting the fleeing goblin (Red 4).Doran avoids the goblin on the ledge (Blue 2), leaps of the ledge without getting hurt, but misses goblin below (Red 4)

Bharash moves to O18 and fires one of his generally ineffectual rays of frost at blue 2 This time his ray of frost IS effective, and the goblin goes tumbling to the ground. Blue 2 is dead, but not until after he hit Doran.
