Free action: Laira moves to J8. Move action: Laira moves to D2. Minor action: Laira uses a warlock's curse on goblin 3. Standard action: Laira hits goblin 3 with an eldritch blast: [dice=20] +4 =16 vs ref for [dice=10] +4+ [dice=6] =20 damage.[rand=599465860812141823930232427557552469244758619080772108975704602697]

Thursagan will charge red 4. Before the move he will use his second wind as minor, to gather energy for the long run (and the +2 to defenses). For the move he will have to step on the plate on J13 while moving to H15, but nothing happened to Harknail when he did that, right? From H15 he will charge to D17 and engaging and marking red 4 Hit or miss, he marks red 4[rand=39351857360452414011207123287022114090125397779047491661682678386569]

Dark crackling energy springs from Laira's hand and envelopes the unlucky wererat (red 3). It screams it suffers from both the chill of otherwordlly energies and the heat of its' burning fur.

By the way, I already used Torturous strike.Doran Deft Strikes all the way to J3 (!) and attempts to stab the wearrat: The shortest path I can find between between Doran's current position and J3 that doesn't involve going up the side of the ramp takes 10 total movement. 6 to I7 (only row 7 of the ramp can reached without movement penalty), then 4 to J3.
I think the confusion is because I said that the ramp isn't difficult terrain. It isn't as long as you're going up or down the ramp. But the sides of the ramp are shear walls that would require climbing. Easy climbs, but it would still slow you down.
If you like, you can change the Deft Strike to a charge. Or point out the course that Doran takes. Or repost.

From H15 to G16 is 1, G16 to F17 is 1, F17 to E 17 is 2 because stairs are difficult terrain, E17 to D17 is 2 for the same reason. That's 6 squares of movement and Thursagan only has 5.

Question on Charge: When you do a charge, do you still get your move action too? If, so it would be like having a double move, right?

Yep, still can take a move & minor action before a charge standard action. Though no actions can be taken on your turn after the charge action (unless you use an action point)
So yes if your move is 6, you can take your move action (move 1-6 squares) then charge (move another 2-6 squares) then do a basic melee attack (or a charge special attack)

You are right, I missed the difficult terrain. Make the first move a run, and we will discover how bad is to grant combat advantage and a -5 to attacks. The second wind will counter the CA, at least.

Doran dagger strikes true and he kills the wererat that had been guarding Zynthis. The body continues to smolder from Zynthis's avenging flames.
Laira gets to teleport 3 squares again.

Thursagan has to push himself (run) to reach the goblins at the top of the stairs before they attack again or move on. This leaves his blow weak and ineffectual, but he still gets the full attention of the goblins there.
He would have missed anyway, this does protect the others from these goblins.

With his previous target dead, Harknail sees another goblin wererat near the lightly armored elven girl. So he charges that goblin issuing a divine challenge along the way. Move: to D4 Minor: Divine Challenge Standard: Charge to B4 [dice=20] | +6+1=25 | [dice=8] | +3=9 |
His sword connects, though the wererat will soon recover from that wound. Waiting for Bharash[rand=8736022906377912821807830128818834289233479648838148558109533042]

Bharash moves down to L15 so he can see the wererats down there and to try to help the dwarf who had run over there casts a spell that covers A17 to C19 in a sheet of ice. Casts Icy Terrain (A17 to C19 counts as difficult terrain for a turn)
Also potentially hitting red 4 & red 5 who are standing in that area
To hit Red 4 [dice=20] +4=16 vs ref
To hit Red 5 [dice=20] +4=19 vs ref
If either are hit they are knocked prone and suffer [dice=6] +4=8 cold damage

An sheet of unnaturally cold ice forms behind the goblin wererats at the top of the stairs and spreads beneath them. Both slip and fall on the suddenly treacherous surface, and they both land sprawling on the cold ice.

Going back to electronic dice for the monsters, it's much faster for me than the built in dice roller. The two goblin wererats (red 4 and red 5) on Thursagan both get back to their feet, then try to take a bite out of the dwarf thinking that he'd be an easy target after running so hard. But Thursagan had been ready for them, dodging one while intercepting the other with his shield (face full of shield, he's not trying that again!). When that didn't work they drew their short swords. Meanwhile, the remaining goblin wererat (red 6) who had rushed to the aid of the guard, found the guard dead and the prisoner reinforced by several intruders. Not liking the odds, he took a swing at Harknail hitting hard (for 10 damage) before retreating though the door (shift to A6) and closing the door behind him. Still in a frenzied state, Zynthis chases after his other captor. Zyn runs to B2, then bull rushes the door and anyone behind it to end up at A6. Not sure if this is a legal move but the goal is to knock down the door using my movement as the primary force.Strength vs Door: [dice=20] +5=9 As Zyn bounces off the door and looses a few of his teeth in the process....
