Howy attempts to stand up on his good leg (using the javelin as an aid) and hops on his good leg as far and as fast as he can due west from M11. General Roll if needed: [dice=20][rand=4627100408439291507187793600802797622825318259418552648233036954]

As Zynthis throws himself against the door only to have the dwarven made latch hold despite it's age, Harknail asks, "Be ye a Berserker?"
Map updated. Prone or upright, Howy can only move one square per move and can't shift.

I'll calm down when all these Goblin-rats are dead." Is Harknail doing anything this round? He was going to just walk up and open the door, but Zynthis got there first. Now he'll need to run around the long way.

Thursagan will try to cleave starting at red 4. Attack: Damage: [dice=10] (brutal 2) If if hits, red 5 will sustain another 3 HP. Red 4 is marked in either case. No move or minor. I am thinking on switching to a waraxe when we level up, it is easier with non brutal weapons on a play by post[rand=7034968947991729761857824400067354276747908443219704259084537625]

"I'll go cut him off," shouts Harknail as he runs down the ramp and up the next set of stairs (Double Run to C10). Since he wasn't engaging the wererat, his divine challenge fades and it will be a few moments before he can issue another (can't Divine Challenge next turn).

Can one perform a minor after a bull rush? Maybe I can still use a minor to open the door. After slamming himself into the door, Zynthis tries just opening the door. To his chagrin the door opens easily revealing a goblin wererat just beyond.

Laira steps to A4 (move action), begins a warlock's curse on goblin red 6, and then uses eldritch blast on the same goblin. [dice=20] +4 =14 vs ref for [dice=10] +4+ [dice=6] =15 damage.[rand=473517023859211469054473578395368990627944988309215459125914176675]

Thursagan smashes his hammer into one wererat, the powerful blow continuing and grazing the one next to it.
Waiting for Laira and Bharash.

Bharash moves to H18 and fires a scorching burst just behind reds 4 & 5 so that it catches them both in its blast. to hit red 4 [dice=20] +4=10 vs ref
to hit red 4 [dice=20] +4=17 vs ref
damage [dice=6] +4=6 fire damage
also ice disappears at end of bharashs turn

Oh good point, I was avoiding my only verses will attack since it does a little less damage and the special effect isn't very useful right now, but that hit bonus is worth it.

Oh good point, I was avoiding my only verses will attack since it does a little less damage and the special effect isn't very useful right now, but that hit bonus is worth it. Considering the 4 from your stat and the 3.5 from curse, the 2 difference between d6 and d10 is not that big a deal, particularly if you are giving up a +3 or +4 to hit. The extra damage that strikers do skews the odds on a lot of thing toward just hitting. Rapier, for instance, isn't that nice for a rogue, because he doesn't get his class bonus to hit using daggers with it. Part of the reason two-blade rangers are kind of a let down -- they get Prime Shot, but it only works for ranged attacks (and the warlocks prime shot will only work for their Ranged attacks, not any burst, blast, or area attacks).

Bharash moves to H18 and fires a scorching burst just behind reds 4 & 5 so that it catches them both in its blast. One (Red 4) manages to duck and avoid the fiery blast, but the other (Red 5) gets singed.

Hearing the heavy footsteps of Harknail coming up the stairs, the goblin in front of Zynthis (Red 6) realizes that he's about to be surrounded. Shifting away from Zynthis why he still can, the wererat charges Harknail. Hitting with his short sword, the goblin does enough damage (7 points) to bloody Harknail. The remaining two goblins simply try beating on Thursagan with their swords (having learning that biting doesn't work too well on heavily armored dwarves). Their swords faired someone better, Thursagan managed to block one with his shield but the other struck a telling blow (10 points) leaving the dwarf bloodied as well. As they fight the wounds that had been inflicted on them heal, though not completely. Thurgasan, could you push Red 4 back and then move into his square before my action?
