If Bre does not take the message with her the bird will grab it up before escorting her through the air to an abandoned building elsewhere in the city.
Tapping it's beak on the ground to indicate that she should wait the bird vanishes, to be replaced moments later by a new, invisible bird with a second message indicating that Bre should take both notes and all due precautions for stealth to the meeting location.
It's message delivered the second bird flies away to an unrelated location before vanishing amongst the buildings - a simple decoy.

she turns herself Invisible, a nifty trick all pixies have and does yet a rather important spell making so that she does not leave any tracks behind. she turns herself into a similar bird so that others will think nothing of it if they do for some reason see through her Invisible spell. ( i could do a hide and move silently but with the spells she are using and able in taking 20.she is alsp taken enough pro-cations that she is certain no one can fallow her to the meeting.) but she arrives to actual the meeting place keeping invisible until she is confident she will not be captured. she fallows the bird into the rundown place and lands inside seeing Callo and the others. " You really know how to impress a girl, taking her to a place like this .these must be the dwarfs in your note i take it."

Callo allows Bre to begin negotiations while sending another summoned bird out beyond the city walls to seek Glass - though if he had teleported on or taken refuge in an extradimensional pocket she had no further way to track him.

the bird looks all over but Glass could not be found, yet she does know his cleric friend was around and could try and find him.
[dice=20] +16=31 she without much trouble convinces them it is not in there best interest to go with their original idea. She convinces them to let her talk with the sand dragons and to give her time to get it done without any intervention on their part. She also puts to rest the idea they are working with the reds. She demands there needs to be stronger evidence give directly to her to convince her to do any action and until then no harm or capture of any dragon in the city. they will meet at a different location later after the talks with the dragons. they do tell her about the two members they are looking for.
"Callo, we know both of these two gentlemen and i don't have time to find them. I know the cleric is somewhere in the city for he has walked in with us he left the room shortly after we got to our chamber. please find him any way you can. i need to get ready for these talks for lives are depending on me for this to go well, i hope you can understand. thank you for bringing this to me. as to the new blue he is an odd one but so far has not shown any sigh in preventing us form doing as we like. ill be careful but i don't think he means any ill will to any of us. please don't give him a reason to i rather not have to talk with the sand dragons why one of his men has been messed with by one of us. that is not an order but a request form one girl to another." she then once more invisible take off to her room to get ready."[rand=72992123570293199779946526978165041001340607181199844529773108661]

After Bre departs Callo turns back to the dwarves, "How large a group of you are ready to leave the city if things go poorly, and how well are you provisioned and camouflaged for the journey?"

there is about 75 of us in total and 30 are gnomes. no offence but they don't take up much room so we can fit a lot of them in the carts. we have 4 full carts of food and water we had as the delivery for our men to the castle. We have 5 more stationed around our safe houses for the rest to get away. As to the food we can now use the original 4 to transport not all of Us but most and, yourself, and your friends out. the rest will meet at other safe houses and go with them. we have lived in these buildings for some time so the inner city hides us some what but the sand will not do us much good once we are out. we can try look like merchants but we are dwarfs and gnomes and will be stopped or captured just by our race. So no amount of como will do us much good. I got it O we are so smart. WE hide in crates and barrels of an " ambassador envoy". all her "body guards" each take one cart so no one knows what one she is in to Protect her, and all the food and water is for her dragon she serves as a token of friendship and peace. We get the food and water and all of us out, O and they can't looking into the carts without braking the dragon law. Do you think that could work?"

Meanwhile what does George think of the request from the blue dragon?

Getting the princess out of the castle could remove her from harms way, but then i would have to join her which would leave the other half of my obligation unfulfilled. Perhaps if I spoke with the King I could organize something to have another protect the ambassador... But if he had someone else then he would not have asked me. George is thinking as he says, "Since you seem so well protected ambassador I will take my leave. Please send for me if anything should come up." Takeing his leave George continues to try to figure a plan to get both the ambassador and the princess out of the castle at the same time, without too many people being the wiser...

Callo scratched her head, "you were going to escape the city in a caravan of carts? With horses, or...?"
Simple camoflague wasn't going to be enough, "you'll be visible for miles around and leave a trail a blind man could follow - if you are to get away from here undetected you'd need a sandstorm, preferably at night."

With both George and the ambassador gone, Nokomis can relax. She's still in the lair of a dragon, but it seems they really are guests (as long as they don't do anything stupid). And she doesn't need to worry about anyone other than herself and Gosendor.
I've lost track, who else is still in the room?

The only people in the room are now well just yourself for your brother takes off to look for the princess. The ambassador is back within moments for her convincing for it did not take very long. You don't see her fly in but she reveals her self when she sees your the only one in the room.
" Well that did not take very long. Yet they almost blew any chance of peace we would have had. she fills in her friend on everything the transpired while she was there. "I have been meaning to ask you something. Your brother seams fond of this princess sand dragon. she may be old enough to want certain things and if all parties are ok with this they may end up in a happy relationship. that is if you as well as the king are ok with this. your brother seams to like her a lot and we will know after they spend time together if it will work out. This also may get the sand dragons to agree to help us, if he has a vested interest being a son in law. this also could help if we wish to try to get your family or other bigger blue dragon clans if they know of the union of the two of them. I am not saying marry off you brother but if she makes him happy and it is what he wants i see a lot of upside to this. I just wanted to know how you felt before i asked that in Main chamber room."

I thought the diplomat entered town with LOTS of bodyguards (as in most of the PCs), but initial interest does seem to be dying down... How many active players do we have left?

As for a union between them..." She shrugs, " He's still a bit young to be out on his own, but not by that much. And he wouldn't be on his own, would he? And you make a good point how such a union could be a bargaining point to gather more aid to fight the reds." Nokomis pauses again before continuing, " I'll not deny him what I never had. If he's still willing when he returns, then I'll not be in his way. That you can use this relation to forge alliances is good, but I am committed to putting Gosendor before all other concerns. But in this case what best suits him is also useful."

We have you, George and Callo as of right now. I was hoping in recruiting some more. Wow! From large crew down to small. Somehow I think the princess and her consort are going to be sent somewhere, each with their own bodyguard, and with Callo tagging along. While the rest of the now NPC's continue along the diplomatic lines (so that you don't have to keep playing both sides).

Callo considers, "I could guide you through the shadowlands, a hundred leagues from this place in a single night but only a dozen at a time, give or take. It's not ideal but it's relatively safe."
(rules query - Callo can shadow walk 13 dwarves a day. She could also, in theory, punt a further 8 into the plane of shadow with a planeshift spell but I don't know if she would then be able to pick up the second group in the shadow realm and lead them out)

I understand the question : It is a manner of duration of how long it lasts for the spell. as i recall it is an hour per class lv i think. It is also a question how fast you can get back to the 8 left behind and hope they last in there for that long. For it is another realm and things in there don't tend to be as nice but it can be done if of the fallowing questions are cleared: My first question is how do you even get back into the plane as well as back in time of duration of your own spell used on the 8. next is then how do you get back out of the plane once you find your way back to the 8 given if there are still there when you get back to the spot you know that you left them at. I think the shadow walk just takes you the fastest way in and out to the other side but does not keep open a portal that stays open for you, nor can it recall the exact trip you took for realms change very quickly at times. yet if some how you can do all this: get back into the realm, find your way somehow back to the 8 and get all of you then back out within the duration of the plane shift spell then yes you can do so.

The blue comes back a few hours later with a few lipstick kiss stains on his neck( hickies), with his scales looking like someone had well cleaned them and had nuzzled them for they were more sandy colored but his other blue ones were shiny. He looks very happy for he has a wide grin as he flies in.
"Sorry i'm late we lost track of time cause we were having so much fun. we flew for hours and raced around the city, watched the sun set from her balcony. WE EVEN KISSED!. Thank you both for your advice. she said she wants to see me after the talks are done. O and before i forget both look very lovely" and he bows.
The ambassador is in a very nice dress she had to shrink to fit her and is all ready for the talks.
blushing a little : "well thank you and pats his head. I am very happy you found someone who makes you this happy. Now quickly wash up for you can't entire court looking the way you do."
He washes up and is then all ready for his first ever dragon meeting.
inless there is any objection the 3 of you head to the main chamber and walk in

George is found by a guard and tells him it is time for the talks
( i take it he goes there)
the chamber is very wide with a tall ceiling on that dragons could fly in if need be. there is not a red carpet but a sandy color one leading up to the throne of 6 chairs large enough to sit grown dragons, with the princess being the smallest of all of them. there are 11 guards not including George. It is a circular room. you can see the 3 adult dragons are there in their chairs as is the princess. The king is in the biggest middle chair and empty chair to his left. the 4 other chairs are divided evenly on the two sides of the king and queens chairs. the princess is to the far left and George standing next to the princess. there are wide windows to see out of and large enough to fly in or out. guards are standing near them one to every window and two to every door including the ones the party entries through.
