The warning bells are clearly audible in the tavern and many people rush for their homes. The performer and hunchback look at as much a loss as you do, while the barbarian warrior calmly prepares his weapons as if he had been waiting for just this moment. That's what I'm doing with Ka'lion so I can take shapeshifter at 5th level. (Shapeshifter requires 10 ranks in concentration, unless they changed it and I don't know about it)

Glancing around Throsah asks Vadania, "What is the meaning of the bells?" Pulling his bow from under the cloak he mentally prepares himself for combat.

Shapeshifter still requires 10 ranks. Ka'lion has 6 so far and concentration is a class skill for him. He'll be qualified when he is 7th level over all. My math was wrong. Ka'lion turns into a wolf and runs back to the tavern movement 60x4=240. If he is going to end up in a fight he wants to be as near to the rest of the group as he can be. Let me know when I get there. AC is 15 with dex. He will use as much natrual cover as he needs to so he is not shot. init: +5+roll: [dice=20][rand=25530455820262430912173506803810656320001999847599826236723456532]

Ka'lion can see arrows flying to the west - the town is under attack and from the distant ring of steel it would seem that some of the attackers had already reached the towns edge.

If Ka'lion can get to the party fast enough Ka'lion well inform them of the attack. init: 11 see above. Unless I can get any additional information Ka'lion well continue to run towards the party and his gear. Run 60x4=240

Vadania answers, "I don't know, I haven't heard the bells before. Aelos, you live here, what do bells mean?"

(Aelos knows that the bells are a warning - the town is under attack. He has only heard them once before though, many long years ago, when a flock of wyvern from the west fell upon the land)

Upon hearing the clash of steel, Throsah will leave the tavern and make his way towards the noise. When he gets close enough he will look for a building or something tall enough to give a vantage point over the battle field. (Init:+3 [dice=20] Hp: 29 Ac: 18 Move speed: 40ft

The inn itself is tall enough to provide a vantage point and easy enough to scale - the whole town is built on a low hill and Throsah can see out towards the west gate where an army of what appear to be humans are pushing into the town, perhaps hundreds hidden in part by the buildings.
The guard are holding at seveal key streets but he can make out figures climbing onto rooftops and slipping past the lines ready to strike them from the rear, the town guard was already stretched protecting outlying settlements and with a large force dispatched south Clearwater is in danger of being overrun.
Nearby he can see townsfolk grabbing up weapons and the hill barbarian from the tavern is already jogging towards the sounds of battle. The main thrust of the warriors may be a distraction however as he can make out a cluster of attackers making their way north towards the temple.

If Throsah can see whomever seems to be in charge of the guards he will quickly make his way towards him and warn the captain of all he has seen. If he is unable to quickly reach, or see the leader of the defenders, then Throsah will call down to anyone running by to carry the message to them. Hp: 29 Ac: 18 Move speed: 40ft Init: 19

The guards are organised into several groups which are holding streets indvidually, Throsah can see runners moving between the groups but no central authority figure.

Throsah will move to the closest group of guys and inform them about the guys on the roof, and the assault on the Temple. Once they know, unless they have a more specific goal for him, Throsah will move back to the rooftops and start hunting down the individuals also trying to abuse the height.

Late reply, been sick/busy. Aelos wants to go and help, but he's afraid to leave the tavern unprotected. On the other hand, if they are moving for the temple, he feels he needs to be there not only to protect it, but to stop them from taking whatever it is they want. Aelos takes a look around the room, trying to figure out who in there is capable of fighting (aside from player characters). If there are enough, he'll go out and head to the temple, if too few, he'll stay behind for a bit and help organize a way to block entrances and try to keep them safe. [dice=20] +0 = 9 Initiative
Edit: read sageaqua's suggestion. What book is that feat from? I've never seen it before, but sounds like one I'd want. As of right now, I don't plan on any prestige class, the only one I can remember that I'd think of taking was Heirophant, but I need to be much higher in level first. Most of the other divine prestige classes tended to not get as many spells, which is what I was mainly looking for. [rand=420687008067868960025069785707608763746337018941098006955602358135082]

Augment healing found in the complete divine, requires at least 4 ranks in healing skill.
What is near enough to need attacking? Ka'lion is not yet with the others and as a sometime GM I know a divided party is a pain in the but.

Low to the ground in the heart of the town Ka'lion cannot yet see the forces that assail the town, but he can hear them to the west beyond the tavern. The townsfolk are, understandably, standing away from Ka'lion and his wolf-form will likely draw attention from the guard or militia soon enough.
People in the tavern are already preparing to block off the western door while others file out into the town seeking the shelter of their own homes - after seeing the devastation Ka'lions fire wrought on Westerbrook a building such as this might not provide much refuge.
As the barbarian and hunchback had both left as soon as the warning was aired the only 'outsider' left is the performing girl, clearly possessed of some limited magical power but not by appearances a capable fighter.

Ka'lion continues to head back to the party. He is moving 8 times as fast as anyone else is and the hunchback should see him headed towards the inn soon. spot check to see the hunchback first. [dice=20]+5= [rand=861348241334781008496700087562203538373208837583706363194435834885]

The hunchback is easy to spot, having somehow found himself a perch high up on the tavern, perhaps by climbing a ladder within.

As Vadania steps out the hunchback calls down to her about barbarians to the north, moving towards the temple. Both she and Throsah can also see archers climbing into position on buildings to the west, several hundred feet from the tavern.
Looking southwards Throsah can also see a tight cluster of barbarians seeking to force the south bridge leading a great band of wolves into the streets.
