Bennegar again tries Erupting Flare on the Iron Cobra trying to climb out of the pit: attack:VW3|MzRvp_1-20 +7 =21 vs. fortitude damage:p_1-10+5 = 11 The Iron Cobra begins to leak flame from its joints as its insides filled with fire. But although damaged, the Iron Cobra continues to climb out of the pit. It ends up next to Bennegar, who it tries to bite: attack:p_1-20 +11 = 30 vs. AC damage:p_1-8 +4 = 10+5 ongoing poison damage (save ends) The Iron Cobra connects, injecting more venom into the crystalline structure of Bennegar, leaving the animated crystal "bloodied".

Looking back at my previous post, I saw that it wasn't obvious that Zem had finished off #4, plus I'd forgotten to update the damage on the map. So Stravanya can't finish off #4, because it's already dead. However, she can move up and attack #3, and her rolls are enough to hit and to finish off #3.
Stravanya moves up and attacks the last remaining Iron Cobra with her fullblade, nearly chopping the head from the neck. With its head dangling from just a few scraps of iron, the last of the Iron Cobras collapses into a pile of junk.
Combat over. Tag all

As the others attend to their wounds Barbatos picks through the remains of the construct for any rare gemstones or materials that might have been used in their construction or magical animation, keeping an eye on the pit lest something new crawl up.
Then again it was entirely possible the constructs had deposited past victims there... Checking the straps on his floating stone he casts a light cantrip down into the pit.

Stravanya is curious if the river running through this cavern can help us in some way. Perhaps its flow, something washed downstream, it's makeup, or some other characteristic can inform us about the habits of the dragon or other inhabitants of this cave. Perhaps the gaps carved by the river could even lead us to a wiser path forwards than the most obvious one here. She walks around as far as it is safe to do so, searching the floor, walls and ceiling as well as the river for clues.

After the fight is over, the poison quickly fades without causing any additional damage. Still no one is at full health after that encounter and Bennegar is bloodied, so short rest to recover might be in order.
When Barbatos checks the pit he finds the remains of the one Iron Cobra that didn't survive the fall. He also finds a good amount of broken lumber. Most of lumber is thin planks, but a bit is thicker support pieces. From the color it looks like old wood, but the breaks look comparatively recent.
When Stravanya carefully checks the stream, she can see where it emerges from one wall and goes into another. It's a deep stream (7 foot deep in the center), but not particular fast moving, about walking speed. Still it's fast enough to carry away anyone trying to swim across. She sees nothing interesting on the far side of the stream in the current cave (C12 though I12). Although she can see where the water emerges from the wall in the small chamber, but she can't see all of that chamber from the bank. She doesn't see anything other than rock in the section she can see. She can see the exit in the small chamber across the widest part of the stream, which matches her map. She can also see where there used to be a bridge across that section of the stream, but there is no signs of the bridge now.
The non-living members of the team (Harknail and Bennegar) are heavy enough to just wade across the bottom and not be bothered by the current. The rest would ether float or just barely sink, either way they wouldn't be able to fight the current.
The underground river is more than large enough for people to move though. There appears to be a bit of air space about the water, though not much. The map does show other spots with fresh water, but no other places where the stream crosses the path.
Anything else anyone want's to know?

Would she know if we take damage from the cold water?

The water is cold, but not so cold as to cause immediate problems. A long immersion (as in hours) might cause problems due to extended heat loss. But even that would be a gradual loss of hit points.
