After collecting the Kenku's treasure, Orva lead the way to the portal to the feywild. As they travel Orva explains to Barbatos (and anyone else interested) about Feywild portals. How some open on a regular schedule, some open randomly, and some can be opened with a ritual. She had not intended to come though, but she hoped that she could open the portal again from this side.
Everyone had their own reasons for an excursion into the Feywild. Barbatos simply to learn, Stravanya to get a new sword, Flerx because her Ranger side wanted to see the lush growth of the Feywild, Zem because Flerx wanted to go, and Harknail simply to protect Orva and the others.
OOC: Hopefully I got a reasonable motivation for everyone.
Once there, Orva inspected the portal, and decided that it could be opened now. She showed the ritual to open it to both Barbatos and Flerx, so that either could open it in the future.
Once the ritual was complete, it seemed as if they hadn't moved, but that the forest growth around them had suddenly grown much thicker and greener, somehow more alive. Also appearing in front of them was an Elf, no, an Eladrin, wearing fine leather armor with nature related patterns embossed into the armor.,

Lady Sylvana had always been out of tune with the other Eladrin, aligned with a different type of magic than other Eladrin used. Her connection to primal forces had led her to this spot, which looked like any other spot in the forest. She was studying this spot trying to figure out what was special about it when suddenly strangers appeared before her. Well mostly strangers, she did recognize the gnome, who had enchanted her armor.

Orva bowed as she said, "Lady Sylvana, I didn't expect to see you here. These travelers rescued me from being treed by an Owlbear." Orva pointed to each as she introduced each. "Lady Sylvana, this is Zem, Flerx, Barbatos, Stravana, and Harknail."

"Yes? What do you want? As you can see I was in the middle of inspecting this spot of land in the forest. I am glad these people were able to save you and it's great seeing you again, but if you don't mind." She goes back to exploring the spot of land with her spirit pet tiger Duchess.

" Well not sure what your looking for but if has anything to do with arcana magic in this spot Barbados here could possibly help. Harknail and I are of devine magic so if the area has that around here maybe we could help find it.
If it is nature then perhaps we can combine our efforts for Flerx here is a Ranger. I'm sure you have a lot in common in that regaurd.
We did not mean to bother you we are only here to help you if you so wish. i know your work is important to you did not mean to disturb you from protecting these lands.
we are just passing through to get your friend home.
I have not been here for quite some time and if you wish to come along after you find out what you wish here with or without our help you can.

I don't know that's what I was trying to figure out what was unique about this spot. If you help me I will consider joining you guys , but I'm not saying yes yet I don't know you except for Orva and I would need to know what your mission is and what would be in it for me before I would consider.

OOC: At this point it should be obvious to most that what is special about this spot is that it is a portal between the feywild and the material plane. Not so obvious is that the material plane is the source for primal magic, which is why Lady Sylvana was attracted to this spot, it's her closest connection to primal power.

After they get out the map :
Zem starts to look too. He then looks over to Stravanya :
" Any luck? Any new clues? So far i have come up empty.
I have started theory and im thinking most of us are thinking the same by now but we might as well bring it up.
The only thing we know of around here is the portal we came through. so far we have not picked up on anything other that. So perhaps it truly is just the portal out here.
Tho i wanted to be sure to rule out things it could be. With Barbados using the map and rest of us looking with Stravanya and all of us comming up empty i fell completes that theory thus far.
That portal here might be the only anomaly out here but its good to check anyway. However it is possible if there was something on the side we just came from it means what she is looking for might be on the other side not this one.
Its interesting she senced from this side too then. im not sure if we would have, i dont think i would have if she did not tell us it was here.
Are we in this party all in agreement with that conclusion?
If so we should probably tell her we found that its actually on the other side of the portal in our plane not in the fay wild."

Flerx speaks up, "I feel a connection though the portal to the source of some of my ranger power." She looks at the Eladrin in surprise, "Do you have a connection to the primal?" Flerx had mt many elves with such a connection, but what few Eladrin she had seen had been focused on the Arcane.
OOC: At least in this world those with primal powers can feel portals from the feywild side and fey creatures can feel them from the mortal world. Being both Lady Sylvana can feel portals from either side.

" Awsome, well we still need to get Orva back so she can get home safe and enchant some gear. Now that you know what drew you here perhaps you and Flerx here will have a great conversation of the Primal powers you both have.
When Orva is situated there we could then go into depth about the kind of tasks we take on and what you can get out of it. "

Zem nods " Well not sure how long of a track it is to her place from here but we should get a move on. Hopefully it's not that far from where we are currently. So let's move it out."
Zem already has all his gear packed given he did not think they were camping here.
On the walk Zem sometimes/normally walks with Flerx but in this case he will let the two of them have some girl time.
Instead he takes in the scenery of the faywild.

Orva and Lady Sylvana both live in the same town, ruled over by Lady Sylvana's parents, which makes it simple to escort both to their home.
While traveling, Lady Sylvana and Flerx talk of nature, the abundance of life in the Feywild and the primal forces from the prime material plane. Meanwhile Orva seems fascinated with the constructs, especially Harknail, a construct capable of speech and apparently of independent thought, so as they traveled Orva kept asking Harknail questions about himself and where he came from. Orva would have also been pestering Flerx, but Lady Sylvana had Flerx occupied.
After they traveled about an hour some wolf howls could be heard. Flerx cocked her head while listening, and then said "make selection bigger." She then asked Lady Sylvana, "What kind of wolves do you have here in the Feywild?"

She explains to Flerx that their like dire wolves idk what those would be called in d and d. "There big and look tough, but there friendly with us druids friends to nature and if u don't bother them and don't make them feel threatened they won't bother u. "
