I am seeking three new players for the Shackled City Adventure path campaign. This game is designed for levels 1 through 20 so I am looking for people seriously interested in playing for a long time.

I would be looking to start you at 2nd level, class and race relatively unrestricted.

This is an official call for players for The Shackled City Adventure Path.

Details:

- I'm looking for a total of six players.
- I would prefer if older players would step down in lieu of newer players that want in.
- Character creation collaboration and discussion is encouraged (here or on the background thread)

This is a 1st to 20th progression and it is pre-written material...so if you're in, be in it for the long-haul. I can vouch for the games fun-ness and I will do my best to progress through lulls to keep it interesting but as always, I extend this warning to all players;

The lure of a new game is both exciting and fun, but please consider the commitment you must make, not only to the DM but to the other players. They may rely on you in key situations and you must be there for all of the players to play and to have a good time. Be sure you can post regularly for a considerable length of time before joining a new game.

That said, let's use the scientifically proven method of getting new players...huge freakin' letters!

Well there's already seven people who've posted that they want to play, fortunately most said only if more people are needed.

So I'd like to play and take a slot from one who was waiting to see if more players were needed.

Plus there's gonna be another game, right? and I don't want to play in that one, whereas some of the others might.

I'd like to be in if there's still any sort of slot left. Figures I carefully watch the OOG thread and the Background Information thread, and this one is the one that ends up being the determining factor in who gets a spot.

Yeah, I know what you mean, TTC. I got home not too long ago, emergency came up. I am only going to be in one other game, once the Old Masters finishes up, which should be soon. That leaves me open and ready to post regularly on this one.

Oh man, discussion about classes and character builds, this is when I start getting scared. . .

as for me, i have no ideas yet. still need actual confirmation that I can play. I know Kman likes to give spots to new people, so maybe more will show up.

Well considering there isn't going to be a paladin/knight game I could always go that route. Of course, some people don't like having paladins in the group considering their righteous tendencies.

Other than a paladin, I really have no idea what route I'd want to take. I'll hold off and see what other people want to play and fill gaps.m

I don't have a problem with paladins, I only have a problem with people who take lawful goodness to such extremes that it ruins the fun for all others who are trying to participate in the game.

There's lots of cool paladins out there. I mostly like the brooding ones, they're hot.

I was thinking about filling out the Rouge Role. Possibly Xeph Rouge . +2 Dex, Darkvision, Speed boosts, it's all good.
