Actually, Doran sees a little alcove he would rather be in, and would move north 1 and west 1 to allow Harknail to pass. Or, he'll try not to get dumped in the water as the metal man falls.

Gabe looks nervously at the rock outcropping, knowing that finesse and agility aren't really his strong points. It's important for a leader to know these things. He turns his eye on Sanem, still nearby. "Do me a favor and tie this off for me, will you? I don't trust my footing." He offers him the length of rope.[Yeah, not trusting my -1 mod. Sanem can try with his +9. Gabe knows his weaknesses.]

Sanem shrugs and takes the rope and quickly moves to do as asked. He does it without a word, or hardly even a sound for that matter.

(DM Note:) The Acrobatics check for Harknail was to pass Sanem during the previous round.
Harknail stumbles to his knees and grasps for whatever handholds he can find. To fall however is an experience he hasn't had in a long time, and it almost refreshing to experience again.
Doran gives way to his armored friend
[dice=20] Sanem Acrobatics Gabe looking for assistance hands Sanem the rope. He leans down and begins tying off the rope, but the slick surface and crashing waves catches him off guard. He quickly finds himself doing everything he can from dumping into the water.
Two men are down and the sounds of who you are following seem to be fading to the faintest of echoes. The unfortunate and and embarrassing move of the two men proves to be helpful however. Each look into the murky depths of the water, to each other. As if to confirm they were not the only to see it. Looking to the waters once more, each are certain that beneath the water's surface they spy the face of goblins looking back up at them, as surprised to be seen as you are to too see him.

As Sanem nearly falls, Gabe moves first to get out of the way, knowing that he is more likely to hinder his attempts to stay up than to help. Once the elf is stable, though, he'll offer a hand to help him up, completely unaware as he is of the goblins lurking in the water.

"There be goblins under the water!" exclaimed Harknail
OOC: Sorry to be so slow, must have missed bookmarking this page.

"Under the water?" Gabe isn't sure what to make of this news--he's not familiar with aquatic goblins--but it doesn't change his need to help Sanem up. He does kind of hesitate about going forward. If the goblins are in the water... then what's ahead? More goblins? Something else.
This situation is all kinds of fouled up. Gabe doesn't feel good about it.

Bharash had been wondering weither the bag on the floor might be a trap but goblins underwater seemed far more important.
"Are they drowning?" Bharash asks those that can see "Or are they able to breath down there? How many are there? What are they doing?"

"Methinks they be surprised that we found them," replied Harknail from his low perch. "I be wondering how they survive."
OOC: How many Goblins does Harknail see down there? And how close to the surface are they?

The two goblins beneath the water lung upward, one grabbing onto Sanem and begin to pull him into the waters. The other grasps for Harknail, but the goblin looks too winded from holding his breath to make much of an attempt.
OOC: Sorry for the delay - year end crunch at work.....

Doran will take out a shuriken and toss it at one of the goblins on his turn [dice=20]+7=9 (oh, goody) [dice=6]+5=8 (as if it mattered...)

After the goblin tries to pull him in, Harknail lays flat on the edge and reaches for the goblin with his left arm... the arm that has a long sword attached. He's not trying to help the goblin up, but rather trying to make a Valiant Strike at the goblin. [dice=20]+7=15 to hit [dice=8]+3=9 damage OOC: I can understand crunches from work. I've been doing long days this week helping the migration to new hardware and a new database vendor at a remote site (no downtime allowed). At least I get to do the long days from the comfort of my home, unlike those on site who are doing most of the work.[rand=370998489670455463716187947429716679708615317940716269827242940664]

Gabe thinks about making a strike with the glaive, but he's still juggling a few objects, and Harknail is right there in the thick of things. "Harknail, again!" he shouts, from his vantage point.[Commander's Strike. Go take another attack, Hark. I think you get a +4 bonus to damage if it hits.]

Harknail slashes and splashes at the goblin splatting a mix of sea water and blood upon the cavern walls. Sanem is able to shake free of the goblins grip and takes a step back. The goblin however uses the opportunity to distract Harknail long enough for his target to climb up and start wresting him to the ground. A third goblin appears from beneath the water and slashes at the rope holding the boats. It splinters but holds.... for now.
Round Notes Harknail, you had two adjacent enemies, so your first attack was actually at +2 (it hit). Harknail: Immobilized.
one more thing. Please put if the attack is vs AC, Fort, etc.....

Sanem tries to slip from the goblins graps and step back. Acrobatics vs Reflex [dice=20] +9=11
If that is a failure, like i assume, i will use standard action to turn it into a move action and attempt again. Failing to slip free Sanem tries instead to break free. Athletics Vs Fortitude [dice=20] +7=26 [rand=09603668857184713611427658951330564120677979004785143235897575582]

I was not sure if Bharash could see any of them before but now we have a goblin trying to cut the boat ropes...
Frustrated he could not see the goblins as they splashed about Bharash spots one climbing up to their boats.
Seizing his chance to help, Bharash sends a ray of frost at the would be saboteur.
[dice=20] +3 vs. Fort If hit: [dice=6] +3 damage and slowed [rand=92263297379621222422780583718048836386367779356803183164530129734]

Doran will step forward and attack the nearest goblin with a deft strike using his dagger [dice=20]+8 hits a 17 AC [dice=4]+5=6 points of damage. If I can manage to get flanking on him (no map), then add [dice=6] [dice=6]+2=7 more from sneak attack.
