Howy will assist Bharash in preparing and casting of the Silence spell. When we get done in 10 minutes. We look around in silence for those missing. What happened to thirty minutes, though? Sorry, I must have missed the post saying it would take 30. The PHB says it takes 10 though.
Edit: Also, Howy is not trained in Arcana so I figured Bharash would be best suited to do the main casting sequence.

OOC: Shall we say that the spell has been cast and continue on? There is no roll required and if we have already picked up the required component we can just proceed with opening the door. The other option is we just barge on in since the individual on the other side is already quite possibly aware that something is going on anyhow. Maybe we lose the element of surprise on the cook or whoever else collects pots but I'm sure we can pick up the pieces afterwards.

OOC: Sorry, it's been taking me a while to set up the next map and fight notes.
The ritual is finished and a zone of silence surounds the group. They can still hear each other normally, but between them and the rest of the world is a magical barrier that blocks sound. Of course the noisy door is in the zone with them, since that was the who point of the ritual.521

OOC: OK, map and encounter finally finished, Just need a marching order. You are in a 10 foot (2 square) wide tunnel that will be opening up on the left.

Once the ritual is set Gabe reforms the group back into it's original marching order, and after Bharash shifts the bar the front line can push open the door and prepare themselves for action. OOC: No problems with the delay just wasn't sure if everyone wasn't waiting for someone else to do something Also unless anyone wants to change it we can keep the same marching order, Doran & Sanem will be breaking order quite often as they see the need. Remember no movement penalty to move through an allies square, just can't stop there.Marching OrderThursagan | Harknail | Gabe | Bharash | Sanem | Howahkan | | Doran |

I'm fine with the marching order (I'm squeaking in a post here, but there is a good chance I won't be able to again until Monday).Doran's Combat Status:
Doran's Health: HP 29/30 - Surges 5/7- Second Wind 0/1 - Action Points 0/1 Encounter Powers: Torturous Strike 1/1 Daily Powers: Easy Target 1/1 Basic melee: dagger +1, +7/1d4+4 Sneak attack: 2d6+2
Oh, and initiative, just in case: [dice=20]+4+2(warlord) [rand=1889320403123467869516981135860562629599232750447617781527097896]
