By the way, why don't you just role your commander's strike yourself, without waiting for the other player's input. I have no problem if you do it for me. Just look up the characters and go. OOC: Either way is fine with me. I don't mind waiting. In fact I've been surprised how fast this game is running and wondering how long I can maintain this pace. I may have to slow down some now that I'm not going to be in so many long boring meetings... Well, it is his action more than it is ours, and we really don't have much of a say in what it does. The only caviots are a matter of a) what weapon is available to use b) keeping track of all the attack bonuses, and c) if we run into something with a counter attack ability (you don't want to be Commander's Striked into attacking a rogue who has just tagged you with Riposte Strike, for instance).

OOC: It was his action until he gave it away If I remember right, the warlords powers give the option to make an attack, they don't force the character to do so. In face to face games, it's always the character actually making the attack that rolls the dice. I remember a game I played with a warlord character... my character hardly ever touched an opponent... But at least three went down when it pointed out a weak spot to another character

Harknail tries a Holy Strike against the skeleton in front of him (White 2). [dice=20] | +6+2=22 | [dice=8] | +3+2=10 radiant damage |
The skeleton is reduced to a pile of bones and old armor. Harknail then issued a divine challenge to the closest archer (grey 0) and moved up to it to block fire against Bharash and Sanem behind him. OOC: Waiting for Bharash to finish this round.[rand=658527793828398876636027358472362171867443248632257660524919629]

OOC: In an unrelated matter, I think they took DND4.COM down. Over at Enworld.Org there are talks of sites receiving Cease and Desist orders. Does anyone want me to email Bryan Dowse the operator of DND4.com to confirm?

When I seen that headline saying "Another C&D Letter from WotC 4epowercards.com is the latest site to receive a C&C from Wotc" at Enworld, I had thought Wizards was doing some sort of sting operation or something.

OOC: I am not sure what you are talking about in the unrelated part of the thread. Maybe it will be easier if it is kept to a completely seperate thread.
Bharash carefully makes his way to just behind Harknail (E17) and can make out quite a few new skeletons in the glow from the slime in this area. "There are quite a few more down here! I could do with the light for a bit!" Bharash calls to the others how were now further west. Bharash creates a fresh light centered at J22 so he can see what he is doing better, then fires a scorching burst centered at L21 potentially hitting grey skeletons 1, 6 & 7 [dice=20] +3=18 vs grey 1 reflex
[dice=20] +3=8 vs grey 6 reflex
[dice=20] +3=5 vs grey 7 reflex
[dice=6] +3=6 fire damage

Bharash destroys one of the three skeletons on the ledge.
OOC: Just a reminder that burst attacks are not affected by concealment, just cover from their center. But since everyone attacking the last two to the east can see just fine in dim light, I went ahead and moved the lit area.
OOC: I'll try to get a turn out today, but it could be as late as tomorrow evening. It looks like a busy day today, followed by a night running a face-to-face campaign, and it's usually evening by the time I get to my computer on Saturdays.

The remaining skeletons continue to attack the group, some shifting to get a better line of fire or more cover with those facing opponents in melee switching from bow to longsword. Grey 2 | Harknail | [dice=20] | +6=18 | Grey 3 | Thursagan | [dice=20] | +6=19 | Grey 6 | Harknail | [dice=20] | +6=19 | Grey 7 | Harknail | [dice=20] | +6=15 | Grey 8 | Gabe | [dice=20] | +6=9 | Grey 9 | Harknail | [dice=20] | +6=12 | Grey 0 | Harknail | [dice=20] | +6=17 | Grey $ | Harknail | [dice=20] | +6=11 |
Since Harknail was providing cover for Bharash and Sanem, he got most of the attacks. But all of the skeletons attacks missed. [rand=5164125212468207345248636789619959384122490882876894716899842024]

Thursagan will keep trying with gray 3, using the tide of iron: If it hits and destroy the skeleton, he will move to Q9. If not, he will shift to M10 to give Gabe a better flank Thursagan's Combat Status Health: HP 25/31 - Surges 11/12 - Action Points 0/1 Encounter Powers: Passing attack 0/1 - Second wind 0/1 Daily Powers: Villian's menace 1/1
Thursagan's "group bonuses" When Thursagan marks and engages a target, that target will normally stay in place and focus on him

Howahkan Lances of Faith Grey 0.
Lance of Faith: [dice=20]+4=18 vs Reflex
Radiant Damage: [dice=8]+4=12 and grant Harknail +2 on his next attack.
"Foul creatures of undeath Begone!" Howy says as the skeleton falls then advances to D17.[rand=69607312283076823656564452569608456464146220083628824130385136503]

If Grey 0 is dust, Doran will move to E 21 (without incurring) and hit grey nine with a piercing strike. If Grey 0 is still around, he will hit Grey 0 instead. [dice=20] | +9 | = 15 vs Reflex |
Maybe, maybe not. Doran's Combat Status:
Doran's Health: HP 29/30 - Surges 5/7 - Action Points 0/1 Encounter Powers: Torturous Strike 0/1 Daily Powers: Easy Target 1/1 Basic melee: dagger +1, +7/1d4+4 Sneak attack: 2d6+2

Doran destroys the skeleton that had been hiding behind the outcropping (grey 9) with a well placed blow.
OOC: AC 15 would have missed, but REF 15 was a hit

Harknail moved closer to the surviving skeletons on the ground, then issuing a divine challenge on one of them (grey $) before charging it. The skeleton shatters, making the Divine Challenge pointless. OOC: The lance of fate bonus only applies to the creature targeted by the lance of fate, which in this case was destroyed by the lance.
OOC: Waiting for Sanem and Bharash before continuing (if there are any left after they're done).[rand=606428303290158524049814371392130523032820783555506126230023801327]

OOC: I have to admit that I'm a bit confused about which skeletons are still standing, but use you discretion to direct Sanem's attack at the closest one. Twin Stirke at the closest Skeleton and declare same target as HQ. Arrow 1: Arrow 2: Damage 1: Damage 2: HQ: [rand=362663475604997459593404876068347972712572169037304404458618297846]

As players, are we allowed to know which enemies are brutes (or what every they are called) that eventually have only one hit point? (I noticed that Harknail didn't role for damage)
